Good quality but return conditions are very bad, lost of money
I bought once a pyjama - quality was excellent, that's the reason why I bought a second one, unfortunately size was too small and than started the problem - return conditions are a disaster - I have paid 59 € for the pyjama and paid an extra 18 € to return and receive the article - finally the paid only 31 € back - taking into account taxes.

I purchased 3 pairs of expensive PJ's from this company. They sent me two of the pairs and did not send the third. They have not offered a refund or to resend the missing item. I have been back and forth with what I figure is some AI customer support with no resolution now after 6 weeks. I think this company is a scam and should not be trusted. Stick with trusted companies when trying to purchase pricy items.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased this sleep mask, but it doesn’t fit properly, so I wanted to return it. Instead, I was asked to send multiple photos and pay for the return shipping myself. Fine, I was willing to do that. But after sending all the requested photos, I haven’t received a return label or even a response. Absolutely nothing.
I took the time to provide everything they asked for, only to be completely ignored afterwards. This is honestly unacceptable and not how you treat your customers. A product can be disappointing, but the way this return is being handled is even worse. Think twice before ordering from this company, because if something goes wrong, don’t expect any decent customer service.
