Shopping on the website was quite easy. I found the sleep accessories without having to search through loads of unrelated products and the payment process worked fine on my phone.

The quality of the masks are just not there and arrived with a funny smell. I have been trying to return 2 masks for around 2 months and WOW I have never had a worse experience. To even begin the returns process is extremely time consuming having to email justifying your return to then receive a returns link. I paid for postage, sent the parcel back and received a very late confirmation that they had received it. I was told I would hear back in 14 business days to confirm my refund. It has now been 4 WEEKS and no one will email me back. They have the money for my masks, the masks themselves and i paid for postage to return them.
If you are looking for a good quality silk mask please go to Drowsy instead. Whilst they are more expensive, my experience with the masks and the support team are 10/10! DO NOT ORDER from Dore & Rose!!!

Very happy with the pajamas. The material feels pleasant on my skin and they're comfortable enough for a lazy Sunday at home.

I ordered the pillowcase because I wanted something softer than my usual bedding. The difference was noticeable as soon as I put it on my pillow. It feels lovely against my face especially after I've done my skincare routine.

The eye mask is now part of my weekend sleep routine. My bedroom gets bright quite early and I wanted something that would help keep the morning light out. The fabric feels gentle around my eyes and I haven't had any trouble wearing it for longer periods. It took me a couple of nights to get used to sleeping with a mask though.

This company is a complete joke. I ordered a mask and pillow in August, took over a week to deliver, I was unhappy with the quality and contacted them to return. After multiple delay tactics, lying to me about offering a 20% discount and instead refunding me £2, then finally getting a return label (which I had to pay for), I’m still waiting on a refund almost 3 months later. It’s taken close to 50 emails with their joke of a customer service. I returned the items and their return receipt notice says you have to wait 14 business days so I wait and still no refund. I email again and another 5 emails later being assured it’s in the next 24 hours, it finally shows up this morning but the amount is wrong. Because they refunded me the £2 earlier, the item shows up as “refunded” but the whole amount wasn’t refunded. So now they still owe me almost £16.69 and I’ll probably have to chase for another 3 months. Clowns would run this company better.
The products are not worth this effort. Like other reviews said, they’re overpriced, clearly evident by their discounting tactics, and their customer service makes you want to lose the will to live. I’m sure they’ll reply saying they’ll reach out, a lie they post on every review response, but from past experience this is also BS. No one reaches out and no one resolves anything.

My package came a day later than I first expected but the tracking information was kept up to date. Everything arrived clean and neatly packed. I liked that I didn't have to contact customer service to find out where my order was.

I have thick curly hair and finding a bonnet that doesn't squash everything can be annoying. This one has enough space without feeling enormous. My curls look a little less flattened in the morning which saves me some time getting ready.

I've been using the bonnet for my evening routine and really like how light it feels. My old one used to leave a mark across my forehead but this design sits much more comfortably.

Obsessed with our new matching PJs! 🐾💕 They are seriously the coziest, cutest pajamas, and getting to match with my favorite little girl makes them even better. Soft, comfy, and absolutely adorable. Winnie and I may never take these off! 10/10 recommend! 🎀

I decided to try the eye mask after getting tired of waking up whenever my partner switched on the bedroom light. It's made those early mornings much less annoying. The material is comfortable and it doesn't press hard against my face. I sometimes push it up while half asleep but that happens with every mask I've owned. This one is still easily the most comfortable I've tried.

I ordered the socks and i really love the quality. they are comfortable, soft and kerp my feet warm.

I was looking for pajamas that felt cosy without being too thick. These have been really comfortable during evenings when the temperature changes. I can sit around watching television and then go straight to bed without feeling too warm. The fit also gives me plenty of room to move.

I'm quite fussy about the way fabrics feel when I'm trying to sleep. The pillowcase has been a pleasant surprise because it feels smooth without being cold all night. It also looks nice on my bed which is a bonus. I've been using it regularly instead of switching between different covers.

The bonnet stays comfortable even when I'm sleeping on my side. That's important because I change positions constantly. I still occasionally find a curl sticking out in the morning but my hair is much easier to manage now.

Terrible customer service. Sizing chart is terribly off, I sent back one of the items. First, you have to pay for shipping label, second they are asking to secure the package, although they are sending it in a cheap plastic bag. It’s been over 2 weeks, I’m still waiting for my refund. Since that’s the only way customer service is communicating, they don’t respond to my emails regarding my refund, I sent like 5. They contacted me and proposed store credit of $65, so I can edit this review “change my experience” with them. That’s the only thing they care about, 2 weeks since they’ve received the item, zero customer service.

I ordered a few pieces for my sister's birthday and was relieved when everything arrived looking presentable. The products were packed carefully and I didn't need to do much before wrapping them.

I spend quite a lot of time travelling between my place and my parents' house. The sleep mask comes with me every time. It helps when I'm sleeping somewhere with different curtains or lighting. I also like that it doesn't take up much room in my overnight bag.
