Got broken Ram Sticks and had to wait 3 weeks for any answer just to receive it will take another 4 weeks to get any news about what will happen. No way getting my money back and on their site it was theonly option to choose of returning it.

If I could, I would have given 0 stars. Bought a 1200€ laptop, but when I returned it and it got lost by PostNL, they refused to come with a solution or attempt to start an investigation at PostNL. Absolutely abhorrent customer service, only thing they know is "we need to see the tiny receipt" even though I provided plenty evidence in photographs, writing, and digital order and shipping statuses AND the law says I'm not responsible from the second a shipper has accepted the parcel. Never again, and will never recommend.

First time I ordered from them, but everything went great. Products, even though were not new, came packaged and sealed by them and in the condition specified (like new but pavlckaging was damaged). Delivery was really fast (next day delivered) and price was unbeatable. I will buy again.

I bought a monitor from Galaxus and it was faulty. I quickly returned it and the return process was very straightforward. The communication through chatting is the best part of Galaxus and got all the help I needed. I also asked them to process it quickly as I needed the monitor. They processed it on time and it makes me really happy. Highly recommended

I was pleased with the simplicity of the ordering process and the very quick delivery of the item. I searched for a Ninja Foodi Grill Air Fryer and came across Gallus who had such an Air Fryer which was described as being a refurbished with a few scuff marks. The price was very reasonable and lower than other advertised models. I bought the Air Fryer based upon price and the return policy. My item arrived two days after placing the order and was contained in a strong carton containing the original packaging and the Air Fryer which was in an ‘as new condition without any blemishes. It functions without a problem and I am very pleased with the quality of the product. Based upon my experiences with Gallus, I wouls purchase from them again.
