Opened isa saver account
Opened isa saver account, at the time few years back it was a good idea ( my son been using card). After few years when he no longer uses the card and account at all though about closing the account only to find out I can't do anything. Because maturity of the account would be in 2029 until then I'm really forced to keep this account open and obviously pay for it monthly not gaining anything which is absolutely ridiculous.

i’ve had this card since i was about 12, i’m now 16 and it is terrible, doesn’t show u what money is being spent on so i keep getting random money taken out for something im not sure of,

Our app is specifically designed to provide you with full visibility over your money, making it easy to track all your spending and review your transaction history. This can be done using your child account login details.
You can navigate to your statement from the home page by selecting ‘Money’ at the bottom of the screen, then ‘Card’. If you have any concerns or questions regarding specific transactions, then we would like to investigate this with you as a priority. Our Customer Service Team is here to help 7 days a week. You or the parent account holder are able to contact us by either calling 0330 100 7676, emailing help@gohenry.co.uk, or joining a live chat.

If you are ever unsure of what your PIN is, your parent can retrieve it from the app at any time.
