Scammer propfirm calling risk interview after months and canceling it by their own

So my journey with Qt funded was good i mean i requested small payouts 2 and recieved and when i request the 3rd payout same small amount that when all the problem came so this propfirm what happened is i requested my payout on 28 july 2026 for every detail i will attach a picture and then on aug 6 they asked for a risk interview which was simply a date extension not to give the money and i took the interview on aug 11 was nice interview very smooth etc.. and then they said update will be given after 5-7 business days again another date extension and on the 7th business day imagine they said book second risk interview imagine that means after i waited for one month and uk what the funny part is the second interview will be held in 21 sept i cant interview before that date what a scam i asked them many times on support ticket chat they wont reply on discord also when i ask they delete and then i booked mybinterview on 21 sept and decided to wait and today when i wake up 7th of september they have randomly canceled my risk interview no explanation no reason just canceled so what they will do is again let me book a risk interview after 2 months maybe this is a complete scamming playing with people so for those of you who read this stay away and if the propfirm read it give me an update i have done nothing i have applied every rule properly u guys have seen it not only me i can show u many people on my discord with same problem some even are waiting since may and april same style saying second third risk interview

My (not good) experience with Quant Tekel

## My experience with Quant Tekel (QT Funded)

This review reflects **my personal experience** with Quant Tekel as of **6 September 2026**.

I purchased multiple accounts(13) from Quant Tekel, investing approximately **$900** 3 of them being **two 25K funded accounts and one 50K funded account**.

After successfully trading, I generated around **$6,200** in profits. Based on their advertised **80% profit split**, I expected approximately **$4,960** in payouts.

### My payout timeline

* **May:** Requested **$2,800**
* **June:** Requested **$1,250**
* **June:** Requested **$2,054**

According to Quant Tekel's published terms, many funded accounts operate on **biweekly payout cycles**, so I expected a relatively timely process.

Instead, I received repeated emails saying the company was upgrading its systems and asking customers to remain patient. Later, I received an email about a required Risk Review interview, but in my experience, that interview never took place and my payout situation remained unresolved.

As of **6 September 2026**, I have still not received the payouts or a clear resolution.

I am sharing this as a factual record of my experience so that other traders can make informed decisions. If Quant Tekel resolves this matter, I will gladly update this review to reflect that outcome.

QT FUNDED IS A DEFINITE SCAM'

QT FUNDED IS A DEFINITE SCAM'
Hello everyone, please read my story completely and take decision.
Like everyone want to get more discounts and BOGO offers, I also get trapped in that and purchased 109 accounts of QT Funded in nearly two years. After a lot of struggle, I requested two payouts of $5000 each on 25-05-2026 and 26-05-2026. After waiting for more than two months I got mail of risk interview which I successfully completed on 05-07-2026 and being told that you get an update in 3-5 days.
On 17-08-2026, I received a mail of risk call,.I am like what the fu...
After risk interview, why there is need of call,.They just want to pass the time.
And after booking a risk call, On 01-09-2026, I got mail saying your payout got rejected due to one sided betting,.
I have attached all screenshots, you also check and take a wise decision,.
Some are still getting trapped in there plans, by seeing payout batch. Understand one thing, they are just giving payouts of amount less than $300, and so they are not mentioning the amount also.
As I suffered a lot from this, I just want no body else should suffer,.So better to switch to another firm,.
The worst firm in prop firm industry,.they are scammers,.So got delisted in prop firm match.
I am going to share all these even in trustpilot as well, so that no one waits on hope with this hopeless firm.

Payout stuck since August 26

Payout stuck since August 26, muted on Discord for asking about it

I requested a payout ($250, request #18385) on August 26, 2026 from my QT 2 Step Funded $5,000 account (#10597785). I was told it would be delayed 5 business days due to a bank holiday, with an estimated date of September 2. That date has long passed and the request still shows as "Processing."

I followed up by email in English (as requested) with screenshots attached — no response. I then tried reaching out on their Discord server, tagging staff directly since I couldn't find an active support/ticket channel. My message was deleted within seconds, and I was muted and unable to post again. I tried a second time with the same result.

Reading other reviews here, this seems to be a common pattern right now: delayed payouts, cancelled "risk interviews," accounts breached right before payout, and people getting banned or silenced on Discord for asking about their money.

I still haven't received my payout or any real update. Would not recommend based on this experience.

10+ weeks, two funded accounts, two broken interview promises — and a regulatory complaint now officially on record

I’ve been trading with QT Funded for a long time and have been funded on at least 5 separate occasions across multiple accounts. Every single time I lost an account, it wasn’t due to genuine misconduct — it was some rule that was newly added, buried in an update, or sent via email that landed in spam, yet still enforced against me regardless. I accepted every one of those without complaint and kept improving as a trader.

This time is different, and I want to lay out the full timeline in detail, because I think other traders deserve to see exactly what “fast payouts” actually looks like in practice here.

The timeline:

• 23 & 24 June 2026 — I submitted two payout requests on two separate funded $100k accounts, representing profits legitimately earned under my service agreement (80% of which is contractually mine).
• 3 July 2026 — I’m told a mandatory “Risk Interview” is required before payout, with scheduling details to follow “the following week.” That week comes and goes with nothing.
• Late July 2026 — I receive an email claiming an interview date/time had already been sent to me in a previous email. I never received any such email. I open a support ticket, which sits for weeks with nothing but “it’s been raised” and “the team will get back to you soon.”
• 3 August 2026 — I finally complete a first Risk Interview. Their own representative (“Letago”) verbally confirms payout approval would follow within 3 business days. Nothing happens. No payment, no approval confirmation, no follow-up.
• 3 September 2026 — I’m scheduled for a second Risk Interview. I show up. Nobody from QT’s team joins the call. I’m then told the interview “cannot be conducted today” due to unforeseen circumstances on their end, with a vague promise of “an update this week” — no date given.
• As of today — it has now been over 10 weeks (72+ days) since my original payout request. I have been ghosted repeatedly, given two broken promises (the original 1–2 business day payout window, and Letago’s 3-day approval window), and had their own staff fail to attend a call they scheduled.

On top of this, I’ve also been banned from QT’s general Discord channel multiple times or timed out and had my posts quietly deleted while I still had access — specifically, it seems, so other traders wouldn’t see me asking the same questions everyone else in that server seems to be asking too.

What I’m doing about it, and why I’m posting this in full:

I’m not writing this to vent — I’m documenting every single step publicly so there’s a clear, timestamped record:

1. This review — the full factual timeline, updated as things develop.
2. A public video on my social channels (TikTok, 102k followers; Instagram, 1.4k followers), walking through the entire case with screenshots, timestamps, and the original documents.
3. A formal fraud report to Action Fraud (UK) regarding the withheld payout and the repeated broken commitments.(
RE: RF26090398850C)
4. A consumer complaint to Citizens Advice / Trading Standards (UK) regarding the handling of a legitimate payout.
5. A regulatory complaint successfully filed with the FSCA (South Africa) against Quant Tekel (Pty) Ltd, FSP No. 53227 — officially logged and acknowledged, case reference 1-464858. This is now on record with their regulator, not just a private grievance.
6. A Money Claim Online filing (UK) against Quant Tekel for the outstanding amount owed, with a full evidence package (signed agreement, payout confirmations, email correspondence, Discord records, and my support ticket references.

If you’re a QT Funded trader reading this — especially if you’ve experienced anything similar (payout delays, vague “risk interview” requirements, missed calls, Discord censorship): please don’t just accept it quietly. Screenshot everything with timestamps, and consider doing the same things I’m doing — leave your own detailed, factual review here, file your own regulatory complaint with the FSCA (case reference 1-464858 shows it’s a real, working process — I can confirm it goes through), and reach out to me if you’re willing to share your documentation. A single complaint is easy to ignore. A documented pattern from multiple traders, backed by regulator case references, is much harder to wave away — and it’s the only real leverage retail traders have against a firm operating through an offshore entity (the contract itself is actually signed with a St. Vincent & the Grenadines LLC, not the UK or South African entities QT markets itself through).

I’d genuinely rather this story end with a normal, boring payout than with any of the above — but after 10+ weeks, two broken promises, and a missed call that was entirely on their side, I don’t see another responsible option than to be fully transparent about what’s actually happening here.

Payout + Refund not received after 3 months

Its a shame im doing this but I’ve had enough of this firm. Secured 2 payouts with them and thought things are going to start going well from there onwards with the firm. Few months down the line i then requested a small 500 dollar payout 3rd of June 2026 still have not received till this day. I was also told by their risk interview on the 31st of July 2026 i will be paid out and receive a refund for the funded account and will no longer be allowed to trade with the firm as its not sustainable for them, been well over the working days since that risk interview Ive continued to raise a ticker to the support team as well but nothing seems to be going on as per usual. Very very poor service and would not recommend this firm at all.

Genuinly scammers

Genuinly scammers, they have not payed my payout since 8th of june and came up with silly excuses. They have done this to everyone and its widely known they are not paying you out. Pure scammers because i have been patient with them throughout every single day. I have been told this would be my last week of waiting so i would get my payout as told and got nothing.

Payouts get delayed, excuses get made, accounts get breached and the tickets are getting ignored.

Whatever you do get something else like fundednext or something.

Worst propfirm

Worst propfirm. I passed both my step without any rule breach and being within the consistency. On the funded phase they denied my account. And brought a new rule that I have used more than 70% of the margin. Worst propfirm don't buy from this propfirm I am telling you. Buy a costly propfirm but never cheap propfirm like this

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
I have been trading QT challenges for over a year trying to get a payout, and eventually in may I requested a payouts from 25k & 50k funded account summing up to around 3.5k dollars, and when it came to paying out, they just refused to pay be I waited for over a month and when I tried to contact customer support they just kept saying to be patient and refused to pay me out. In August they sent me an email to book a risk interview and I booked it for August, and when it came to the interview date NO ONE showed up, I attended the interview via the link starting 15min before and waited for another 30mins, they just ghosted me!
SO IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN LOSING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND WASTING YOUR PRECIOUS TIME, DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM!
