Account Issue
I had an issue with an account I purchased on Wednesday. A representative contacted me and actually explained the rules and made sure I understood what happened.
The support I received was top tier after I felt completely disappointed with what happened.
I would recommend Equity Edge to any trader if this is how they treat every customer.

My 2.5k swift funded account was closed…
My 2.5k swift funded account was closed due to violation, that it didn't breach at all, but almost! I was 9$ dollars away to breach but gold when up and save my account that time my balance was 2434$ and the daily lost is 75$ my spread is 0.05... around 6pm I think in Philippines time the gold when up!!! And my profit when up to 225$ I was happy then suddenly my account was closed and the trade was closed automatically....I was sad cause I put a lot of effort on that....

One of the best if you can follow the rules.
One of the most cheapest prop firms out there. Yes the rules are strict but I guess it's great because it helps me to become a disciplined trader. Just follow the rules and you'll be fine. Customer support are the best, very tolerable and responsive.

Passed Both Phases but Was Denied a Funded Account
My experience with Equity Edge has been extremely disappointing.
My Account Number: 482397
I successfully passed both phases of the 5K Challenge using my own trading strategy, discipline, and risk management. I worked hard to maintain consistency throughout the evaluation and successfully completed both required phases.
However, after passing the challenge, Equity Edge informed me that my trading activity had breached their “Impulsive Decision Making Rule”, and because of this, they refused to issue me a funded account.
This is extremely frustrating because the trades I took were based on my own strategy and risk management. I maintained discipline to pass both phases, but after achieving the required result, my trading was classified as a breach.
Equity Edge offered me another account, but that does not change the fact that I successfully passed the challenge and then had my result rejected based on the Impulsive Decision Making Rule. In my personal opinion, this rule feels subjective and unclear.
I chose Equity Edge partly because of its low-cost evaluation, but my personal experience has been very disappointing. Passing both phases and then being denied a funded account has made me lose confidence in the evaluation process.
If Equity Edge reviews my case fairly and issues the funded account based on the challenge I successfully passed, I am willing to update or change this review according to the final outcome.
But based on my current personal experience with Account Number 482397, I cannot recommend Equity Edge to other traders. Personally, I would prefer paying more for a trusted prop firm with clearer rules and a more transparent evaluation process.

Outstanding Resolution and Exceptional Customer Service
I initially had a difficult experience with two of my three $100K Instant accounts. One account showed a stop-loss wick that I could not verify on four other brokers, and on another account, the system would not allow me to close my positions before the weekend. These issues left me extremely concerned and frustrated.
However, I am updating my review to five stars because of how EquityEdge ultimately handled the situation.
To my surprise, another member of their customer service team personally called me and took the time to listen, investigate, and resolve my issue over the phone. Instead of continuing through emails or Discord tickets, they spoke with me directly and worked to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with a prop firm. Receiving a personal phone call showed that they genuinely cared about understanding what happened and finding a proper solution. The speed, professionalism, and personal attention were mind-blowing, especially in an industry where most support is limited to copied-and-pasted ticket responses.
Although my experience started negatively, the way their team stepped in and resolved everything completely changed my impression of EquityEdge. Problems can happen with any company, but what matters most is how the company responds. In this case, EquityEdge went above and beyond to make things right.
Thank you to the team member who called and handled this so professionally. You restored my confidence in the firm and turned a very frustrating situation into an extremely positive experience.

Scam propfrim has a lot of hidden rules and unnecessary rules,u will pass the acc but when it comes to payout they will block your acc or ban u saying that u have broken their rules, guys always remember cheap is expensive,this people only made their acc cheap bc of ppl will buy those acc and ppl did but they dont give the payouts keep that in mind so better to stay away from this type of cheap firms and invest into quality firms
