Excellent customer service. I noticed a discrepancy between a photo and description on the company's Amazon page. I initially sent a message querying this, but eventually found their website and realised this wasn't just an online retailer, but shop with website so I gave them a call. No recorded message, straight through to a lady who immediately said she'd received my message and just replied. She clarified the difference which was due to Amazon, and so I said I'd buy the shoes via their website instead there and then - she made a point of giving me a 10% new customer discount code too. Shoes arrived a couple of days later - excellent service, really impressed.
