Excellent customer service. I noticed a discrepancy between a photo and description on the company's Amazon page. I initially sent a message querying this, but eventually found their website and realised this wasn't just an online retailer, but shop with website so I gave them a call. No recorded message, straight through to a lady who immediately said she'd received my message and just replied. She clarified the difference which was due to Amazon, and so I said I'd buy the shoes via their website instead there and then - she made a point of giving me a 10% new customer discount code too. Shoes arrived a couple of days later - excellent service, really impressed.

Despite initial doubts about the lack of anti-perspirant, I wanted to find a plastic free solution and thought I'd give Fussy a try. So pleased I did, despite my initial concerns it actually feels like I sweat less, despite all the chemicals used by the main brands that most people use. Definitely sticking with Fussy from now on, along with other plastic free options I've chosen.

I booked an appointment in the morning for 4:15pm same day at a Black Circle fitting station locally. Got a call a couple of hours later to say my tyre had arrived and I could come along whenever was convenient. Went at lunchtime instead, was greeted as I was reversing and left within 10 minutes. Bought a long sleeve T Shirt and very impressed with the quality, it's noticeably thicker than similar Ts from high street brands.

Did also buy some cargo pants and studied the size guide before I did, but the actual size was massively different and I had to return at my cost.

What a great event this was, held at the Definitely Maybe bar in Bolton, featuring a Microdot stall with loads of Oasis memoribilia and the main event being a Q&A with the legendary Brian Cannon. Plus the Real People were there too.
