I was pleased to find the second-hand camera that I had been looking for, at London Camera Exchange. I traded in my previous one, plus two older cameras, and was very pleased with the deal. I have taken delivery of the second-hand camera and I am impressed with its condition and with the helpfulness of the staff to whom I have spoken.

Great customer service with the Bath LCE
Great customer service with the Bath LCE. So knowledgeable and helpful.
My issue was with the courier company DPD. I had to change delivery date which was accepted, I had the front door open and had a clear view during the time slot the delivery should have been made. No one turned up. I then rang DPD who stated they could not re deliver as I was out when the arrived. I informed them that the courier had not attempted to deliver my item as I was in and the door was open and no card was left. After wrangling and asking to speak to a manager they agreed to deliver it. This they did.

Another quality used lens from LCE
Spoke to someone at the Manchester LCE regarding one of the used lenses. All questions I had were answered, and I made the purchase online.
The lens shipped that day, surprisingly, being mid afternoon.
The lens arrived next day, very well packaged and in excellent condition. Considering the very competitive price for this lens, I was expecting a few cosmetic flaws, but I've yet to find any, and it has so far functioned flawlessly.

First Class Service
I would just like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you for my experience at London Camera Exchange (Gloucester) on Saturday.
Derek and the team could not have been more helpful and welcoming if they tried.
I bought a used Nikon lens at a really competitive price and in first rate condition. They gave me a really good deal on my part-ex equipment too.
This has to be one of my best shopping experiences in a very long time, enough to prompt me into writing a review.
