Very disappointing experience.

The camera arrived with the battery charging adapter missing from the box, along with the warranty card. The lens also had visible fingerprints, which strongly suggested that the camera had been opened or handled before it reached me.

This was purchased as a gift, so receiving it in this condition was particularly disappointing. I contacted customer service to make them aware of the issues, but instead of trying to resolve the situation, they simply denied there was a problem.

What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to take responsibility or find a reasonable solution. They had every opportunity to turn a disappointing experience into a positive one, but unfortunately their customer service came across as extremely stubborn and unhelpful.

I genuinely regret spending my money with this company. I will not be purchasing from them again and will certainly be sharing my experience with others.

Brilliant company and very reasonable prices, in fact far cheaper than most places. I have bought two expensive items from here. The first was delivered early, the second item, I asked if I could pay for faster delivery. I paid extra and had it delivered within days. Communication really good. I would highly recommend this company and wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.

Excellent support from the team when I needed a time critical delivery and very responsive to my emails.
The camera I ordered arrived nearly a week before my deadline, so I could not fail the service - even though there was a bank holiday mid delivery.

I ordered a camera from CotswoldCameras, as the price was very competitive - it was being delivered to my address in Spain, which was my only concern. However, communication was excellent; delivery took a little longer because it went through EU distribution. When I had an issue with DHL on the final local delivery, Mark @CotswoldCameras answered my email quickly, and the delivery issue was resolved. I am very happy with my purchase & will definitely order again; would highly recommend

I have bought three items from this company. All perfect, delivered to time and at the best price to be found. When I had some technical questions about a product, their responses were fast and helped me understand the problem so that I could resolve it.

Amazing experience !!! Cheapest prices I found online. Delivery timeframe said 10-14 working days but it was delivered to Ireland in just 7 working days.

I contacted their customer service, which I got a reply within 24 hours. Amazing experience overall. Packaging of products were very well sealed. No issues whatsoever..

The camera I wanted was at a much lower price than other companies. The camera was delivered robustly packaged and in the timescale promised. The box had been opened (I think to change the power cable) but the camera and lens were in original packing and were new. Excellent service. What they say is what you get.

I have ordered many items from Cotswold Cameras.
Their prices have been substantially less than Wex or Park Cameras (both otherwise excellent companies). Cotswold Cameras also set the gold standard for customer service. Queries are not only answered very quickly but answers are both detailed and accurate.
Some items may take a while to arrive but I find their lower charges make this a small price to pay.
