Quick resolution and tireless help
I have used Billy in 2019, switched to meneto and now I am back with Billy and do the accounting "myself". "Myself" because I get a lot of help from the support team. They are fast and knowledgeable! Thank you. --- the software itself is intuitive 👍 but sometimes there are some issues... system is down for whatever reason... but that happens in ANY software company and Billy is always quickly back up on their feet. The product is also moving in the right direction. Mange tak.

Great system, I recommend it to everyone. Very prompt response to calls, 24/7 and email. And not very expensive. Special thanks, Hannibal is a very nice guy in customer service, and he solves any problems very well.
No Auditor Needed, Do It Yourself With Billy it's simple, big money saver. And remember, since you yourself, will lead your accounting, someone will not do it for you. Wish you luck.

Customer-focused service. The team rectified an error and was generally helpful with answering questions. Think it would be good to be a bit more transparent about the postings - since correcting entries or voiding some on the basic account seems to count towards the tally.
