I had a really great experience with LegalDesk, and I specifically want to thank Dilan for all the help!
I had an issue with the business transfer, from start to finish, the customer service and case handling were very good, making the entire process completely smooth and clear.
I had the doubt cleared and got a help with the excellent customer service, very friendly and always trying to help. Even though the situtation was confusing the Dilan helped me with many things and in the end found out the next steps for me.
Great service and recommened Legaldesk.

Slow and expensive in the end
Took one week for them to register my deposit even though I followed up two times. It was way more expensive than it said on their front page. They promise CVR within 48 hours, but I'm lucky if I receive mine within 2 weeks. I can definitely not recommend.

Regarding the price - when ordering a "holdingstruktur", two companies need to be created, which also means that two registration fees to the Danish Business Authority need to be paid. Our prices are listed excluding VAT on our website, and the total price can also change if additional documents, such as a director's contract and NDA, are selected during the process.
Additionally, discount codes will be visible in your timeline or sent by email in line with the offers we provide for relevant products when customers create companies through us.
That being said, we understand that the total price and timeline should be easy to understand from the start. We apologise that your experience has not felt clear or smooth enough.

Overall Good
Overall, the experience was good; however, registering the operating company took one week, whereas registering the holding company took only 24 hours.
If the second stage of the operating company registration could be completed within 48 hours under normal circumstances, the overall experience would be more satisfying.

Took two weeks to register ApS
Should have been fast and easy to register ApS, but it was neither. The system seemed to act up, just registering capital took one week, while their step where the lawyer actually have to approve it, was few minutes. For another week it was struggling to find the cvr number that I could see in their own system already the next day.
But I did get the ApS registered and now it's done, so once they fix the bug, it should be good.

This is the last option you have given me to try and receive a response regarding my email.
Could I please get a reply? Or should I simply post the entire email here?
What was originally supposed to be completed within one week has now been delayed for almost two months, despite payment already having been taken from me. I have repeatedly tried to contact you but have not received a response.
Can someone please provide an update on the status of this matter and explain whether this level of delay and lack of communication is considered acceptable?

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. We used LegalDesk to incorporate a Danish ApS, but the process was slow, unclear and unnecessarily complicated.
The website was buggy, we had to sign and upload documents several times, and it was difficult to get clear answers (and calling was even worse). After weeks of back and forth and multiple payments, they ultimately told us they could not proceed because our Norwegian ownership structure was too complex. This should have been clarified much earlier.
I cannot recommend LegalDesk for cross-border company incorporations.

Low price, low quality of service.
The service, although a smart concept, is executed far below expectations. Getting through to customer service is extremely frustrating — after waiting in the queue, my calls were repeatedly disconnected as soon as they were answered.
The company did not deliver within the promised timeline and kept coming back with vague explanations about supposed mistakes on my end, making it impossible to understand what needed to be corrected. It often felt as though a brainless robot was handling the entire case until I finally reached a person on the phone who was actually able to help.
Overall, starting an APS process took just over three weeks, which is far longer than expected. I would recommend the service only if your main priority is saving money. Unfortunately, in this case, you get what you pay for — a low-quality customer experience.

Law quality service
It took Legaldesk over 2 months to register our virtual address even though, they advertise it as a 48h service. I had to follow up several times to actually get this done.

no results 6 months later
I paid for this service back in February 2026, and now, five months later, I still have absolutely no results to show for it. What's even more frustrating is that I've been trying to contact them since April to get an update or some explanation, but my emails have been completely ignored.
The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. At this point, it feels like they were happy to take my money and then disappear. Based on my experience, this all seems like a big scam. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.

Need unlimited follow ups
Not sure if its cheap when i have to spend too much time to follow up a simple case. Too many issues with tgeor system. And by large am not satisfied. I would probably look for alternate options to save my time.
