Incorrect item received now gone quiet regarding my refund.
Received an incorrect mattress I have been told by beds.co.uk two different stories first one is that the mattress I ordered was out of stock so they sent a different (cheaper) option without asking me and hoped I wouldn’t notice and the second person told me I do in fact have the correct mattress but that they will give me £30 goodwill gesture to keep it (this doesn’t even cover the cost difference between the mattress I ordered and the mattress they sent me as I can see it on the website). It’s completely different I’m not sure how they think this is acceptable. I even paid £30 for express delivery of a mattress I didn’t order and they knew that but still didn’t mention it! Now they’ve gone quiet regarding my refund. So I would suggest not using beds.co.uk as you won’t get what you ordered but they will try and convince you to keep their old stock anyway.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Placed order, received a call the next day to arrange a delivery date. The customer service advisor confirmed it was delivery and installation.
Received a text and email the day before delivery. Received live tracking the day of delivery and a call from the driver 5 minutes before arrival.
It took him 6 minutes to set up the bed. Brilliant service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Ricky at Beds.co.uk is fantastic! Quick to respond on the online chat, friendly and helpful. Within seconds he had listed me three options of a certain type of mattress I'm after; boxed and rolled for delivery as we have a very old cottage with exceedingly tight loft access, not just a hatch either, a narrow low staircase with a low twisty turn at the top and eaves on the ceiling to navigate! This type of mattress is like unicorn poop as we need other set requirements for it too as well as being rolled: best quality and low foam levels, firm support, deeper than the usual 20cm or less we are after 24-30cm deep AND reinforced edge support or foam borders as we like to sleep and sit on the edges! Thanks Ricky, will be coming to you with any more queries I might have :)
