Made an order for a single mattress today as i have previously used beds.co.uk for a double divan bed and mattress for son around 4 yrs ago which was perfect .
I became uncertain if i had placed my order correctly and had left an e-mail address as couldn't find confirmation of my order ( old age head on today !) so i rang up customer service and spoke to
Shahid who was polite and confirmed my order and e-mail address he even booked my delivery date in whilst speaking to him . 10 out of 10 so far , i will wait to see how the quality of the mattress is once delivered but having placed an order in the past i am not seeing any problems .

Contact is impossible I recieved my order yesterday just gone 2pm after opening I saw that the items delivered were wrong after rechecking my order to check it wasn't my fault I tried contacting clear amber by phone , this isn't possible so I have emailed and also gone to supposedly live chat but just keep getting automated messages back .Today I have tried the procedures again of phoning , live chat and email stating on each that I request call back response and leaving my phone number . This started at around 8.50 this morning . All I want is the items I paid for and to send wrong items back . At this present time I am £74 down and extremely unhappy regards their customer care .

Never had a problem with deliveries from evri..Tracking and delivery always spot on ..

First time of ordering glasses online and it won't be the last ..Extremely happy with my purchase of my varifocals at under a £100 ( and that's with having the lenses thinned !!!) a fraction of the cost I paid for my glasses from the opticians 5 months ago ( £245 ouch ) just as good if not better glasses from direct sight ... This customer will definitely be returning to Direct sight when new frames/prescription lenses are needed ...

Good firm mattress that has sorted my lower back ache out within a couple of wks .. Easy to order, delivery on time this is the third time of getting mattresses from this company and I've been very happy each time and will continue to order from them ..
Slight odour from mattress on first unwrapping but that was expected and soon went ..

Second time of ordering from mattressonline and again very happy with purchase and delivery ... I will definately be ordering again from this company A**

i always get what i need at a price i like good quality goods fast delivery no complaints
