Ameer and Ray delivered our mattress today and couldn’t have been more helpful. They called ahead to let us know when they’d be there and they arrived on time. Great service!

Sary and isa good service and quick

Sary and isa brought our mattress exchange today first class service. Asked them to look at our headboard as it was lopsided he didn't hesitate and secured it for us. Unfortunately the people who had put the bed together for us had not secured it and had put it on upside down ausing some damage. Would highly recommend sary and isa extremely polite and understanding

Ameer and Ray were extremely helpful and efficient and delivered my bed to my first floor flat very quickly.

Perfect communication throughout, called 20-30mins prior to arrival.
Abzy and Hamza were extremely polite, asked if they were to remove shoes (which not many people ask to be fair) amd were super efficient at putting the bed up. Showed me the finished result and that the ottoman feature worked. Would 100% recommend.

We recently bought a bed from Sonno and unfortunately had a few issues, which resulted in us needing a replacement mattress delivered. The first delivery by a third-party courier was a really poor experience—they were completely unhelpful.

​However, today our new replacement mattress arrived, and the experience was night and day! They kept us updated the day before and also called us on the phone right before they arrived so we knew exactly when to expect them.

Jacob H and Kam delivered it today and they were absolutely brilliant. They were so lovely, incredibly respectful of our home, and extremely helpful. Jacob even took the time to give us some really informative tips on how to look after the new bed. They didn't leave until they made sure we were completely happy with everything, and they even took the rubbish away with them. 🙌🏻
They are an absolute gem and a massive credit to the company.

First of all you can’t contact them at all! I sent numerous emails just to get someone to call me after 5 days , their partner finance company changed my delivery address and no way to fix it I found out from rude customer representative. There was no help available so I had to cancel my order and ask full refund, never shopping again from this useless company and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Read the fine print.
I bought a “no hassle” mattress, that could be returned if no good. I did not know that I would be charged £75 for the privilege and hassle free to me means no risk of money loss.
Comms are fast though, although abrupt.

Not at all acceptable - they mess up an order and you have to chase them to fix it.
Consider other retailers offering basically the same thing, and at the same or better prices. I chose them to support their social media push. Massive let down !!
