We’re really pleased with our new kitchen from Wickes Derby! We designed it with the help of Hassan Setayesh, who was brilliant from start to finish. He listened carefully to what we wanted and came up with a design that was both practical and modern. We chose to fit the kitchen ourselves, and the plans and layout made the process straightforward. A couple of items arrived damaged, but Wickes replaced them without any fuss, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s completely transformed our space and we’d definitely recommend Hassan and the team at Wickes Derby.

We visited the Cannock store about 10 days ago to look at a sofa we'd seen on line. We arrived expecting the usual hassle of being followed around the store and being subjected to high pressure sales techniques. Imagine how surprised we were to find a team of people who were genuinely interest in what we wanted, helped us consider our options and then welcomed us to go home and have a think about it, even emailing us the details of the sofa we liked, with details of a few others that were similar for comparison (thanks Kate). We returned tonight to make our purchase and were dealt with by Sunny, who's customer service was equally exceptional. The whole order and finance process was a breeze and dealt with in minutes. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, and to top it off it was great that no one tried to "up-sell" us anything! Really happy so far, hope the delivery is of the same standard as the team in Cannock.
