Payment completed but diamonds never arrived

Hello, I made a Free Fire top-up through Bonoxs on 15-05-26 at 18:47 using PagoEfectivo, but the diamonds still have not arrived.

The UID entered was correct and was verified before the payment was completed.

Payment method: PagoEfectivo

I already provided proof of payment, but I still have not received my diamonds or a proper solution. This situation is very frustrating and disappointing as a customer.

Please review the transaction immediately and either deliver the diamonds or issue a full refund as soon as possible.

Order paid but not delivered - Support ignoring proofs (Ticket #221193).

I bought Robux for user Diego_R10blox days ago and I still haven't received the code. Support is useless; they closed my original ticket at 3:12 PM without a solution and now they keep sending automated replies ignoring my payment proofs (Ticket #221193). This is a scam-like experience. I demand my product or a full refund immediately before I file a chargeback with my bank

SCAM & TERRIBLE SUPPORT! Caused me to lose in-game events!

Review:
Do NOT use this website! I paid for 2 Mobile Legends Weekly Passes days ago using Fawry (Ref: 9590810293), and they STILL haven't delivered them. Their automated system kept giving false excuses about my account reaching the maximum limit, even when my account was at exactly 0/10 active passes!
​After hours of fighting with bots, a human finally asked for my payment receipt. I sent it immediately, and they have completely ignored me for over 3 hours!
​Because of their broken system and terrible, slow customer service, I have already lost 20 chest openings in a time-limited game event, and I am about to lose 28 more today.
​Deliver my pending order to ID (1917764227) IMMEDIATELY or refund my money. I will only remove this review when I get what I paid for.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will only be disappointed as the quality of clothing material is extremely poor and once they have your money you won't receive a refund for a return. There is no Customer Service and since 30/9/25 I have been trying to obtain my money back without success.
