UPDATE – September 4, 2026: Issue Resolved
I originally purchased 35 PSN $25 codes from SEAGM on August 29, 2026. Unfortunately, when I checked the codes, 27 out of the 35 had already been redeemed.
I contacted SEAGM support and provided the requested information and evidence. The investigation took longer than I expected and required several follow-ups, which was frustrating.
SEAGM eventually completed their investigation and confirmed that the issue was caused by their supplier.
I’m now updating my review to reflect the final outcome. SEAGM refunded the affected amount to my SEAGM balance and also provided discount coupons as a goodwill gesture. I have used the resolution provided and consider the matter fully resolved.
While the overall process could have been faster and smoother, I appreciate that SEAGM ultimately acknowledged the issue, took responsibility, and provided a satisfactory resolution.
Thank you to the SEAGM team for resolving the case.

When i bought my nintendo gift card code for US that was 10$, they gave me an already used code rather than a new one. Immediately after a couple minute or 2 of seeing this issue, i tried to contact their support team to inquire for the issue and what kind of compensation will they give me, but they still have not contacted me in the timeframe until now. Bought 2 eshop $10 dollars awhile ago since $20 dollars is not available. They sent me 2 used codes. I tried it several times making my Nintendo Account to be blocked from encoding codes. I sent tickets to CS but my problem is not yet resolved. This is just my 2nd and 3rd transaction with them. Hoping they are not scam and this is just an error. US Nintendo Eshop Codes Don’t Work
Have previously had no problems with them, but yesterday and today I purchased three Nintendo US eShop codes (1 x $70, 2 x $35) from SEAGM, and every single one returned “This code has already been used” when I attempted to redeem them. None of the codes were redeemed by me.
I contacted SEAGM, but so far I have only received a general holding response saying they are “investigating”.
I strongly recommend NOT buying any US Nintendo eShop digital codes from SEAGM until what is clearly a recurring issue is fixed. I certainly won’t be buying anything else from them until this is resolved and I either have a refund or working codes.
