I ordered 3 items with some hesitation having read the TrustPilot reviews.
The delivery was slow (3 weeks) but I knew that "economy shipping" from China would take a while.
The items ordered were as expected and the tracking information did keep me up-to-date.
So.... in my experience, not a scam and fine if you are not in a hurry for what you order.

Very poor service. The order took about 3 weeks to reach me and they sent me the wrong item. I have sent two detailed requests for the correct item to be sent or a refund. They have not responded to either.

This is a 3rd party seller with 200% mark ups from companies like Temu , Ali express etc, they will not cancel any orders and they will only communicate after delivery status updates which is about 4-7 days after initial order...... don't be scammed by this company if you wish to order you might find it on this site but then search the product as you will 100% find it so much cheaper from the original site...... this is a legitimate scammer research your product prior to purchasing with this scammer

Wanted an oval tablecloth, found this site and chose a pattern I liked as they had plenty of choice. When i went to pay, the picture/pattern changed so I went back and selected it again and paid but then when confirmation came through a few days later the picture/pattern had
changed again! I didn't do anything and thought that maybe it would be delivered correctly and i could then check quality and sizing too. The pattern is ok but not quite the colour i expected and was not what i initially selected, the cloth is also smaller than what i ordered and is certainly not an oval shape, just rectangular. It is too small for my table when extended. As others have experienced, the links for help/contact do not work and their website is not accessible. I searched the same criteria for tablecloths and Ayzeze no longer seems to feature on google. Disappointed but at least I have a product but it wasn't cheap!

This is a rip off. Yet again UK people being targeted by scammers. These are Latvians
I ordered a little pack of 10 buttons in two different sizes from Ayzeze.com. Each pack was £6.97 and I got a 20% off code which I applied making it £11.12. Postage was £1.50. Total £12.62. It was one order. They have taken £16.52 out of my account under the name Joop. How they have managed to do this. I do not know. Whatever I order online now seems to be a scam. It’s just cost me nearly £17 to get two little packs of black buttons. How do they get away with this? It was £11 but they have taken much more from my account. If they do this to all their customers they need to be stopped. Help Centre link does not work..

I will not recommend any one to buy from this company as they are scams and thieves i ordered two smartphones for my kids they sent me two normal phones it doesn't cost 10 pounds each
And no chance to find how you can contact them

False advertising, its states a .co.uk site, absolutely rubbish, they send from China ! And you have to wait ages for your items!

Impossible to return instead asked me to donate and make a picture of proof. Joke. Waste of money. DON'T Buy

Look at the reviews this company if you can call them that is getting they should be ashamed of them and they haven’t replied to a single one so that gives you some idea what they think of their customers.
I bought from them because they are giving the impression they are a UK company my fault I didn’t study them close enough, so because they are trading from CHINA delivery times are a joke and if you have to get a refund for any reason they always say customer has to pay return postage.

I could go on and on I contacted regarding a problem and they replied straight away but when I contacted them again straight after with a few home truths they have an unusual large amount of calls and it was an automated message so that says it all
With my order it is supposed to arrive by the 18th of this month if it doesn’t arrive I have to wait until October 29th before I can claim a refund but as some of the other buyers have said that’s if you can get a reply from them so my advice is steer clear and buy from a reputable company because they will really stress you out

I ordered a fairly basic mobile phone advertised as being suitable for the elderly, it wasn't particularly cheap £30 . It took ages to receive it, then ,what a joke, everything was in chinese, I thought it was a young child's toy. I found it totally unusable and after wasting hours put it in the bin and went back to my old Nokia 105.

Do not buy anything from here. Ordered 3 pairs of sandals - absolute cheap rubbish. Not worth the money and you have to return to China which costs more than the items did. Awful quality

I actually got what I ordered. HOWEVER ! it did actually come all the way from China. It appears that these are a front shop online which simply uses outsourcing, probably mostly from China. That leaves a wide open gate for problems to occur, especially with Customer Support, since the contact routing is going to be protracted and time-consuming. I doubt there's any incentive with these guys to provide proper customer support most of the time. MY ADVICE IS TO LEAVE WELL ALONE, IT'S NOT WORTH THE RISK. I GOT LUCKY THIS TIME !

I ordered a garden dragon. It arrjved eventually. But when i open it. Its was all broken. Im so disappointed. It was a gift for my nephew and niece.

I ordered a size medium dress but the item that arrived would fit uk size 18 or 20. The material was nothing like the picture and the dress was very poorly made. I received the item today and its just going into the dustbin as it would cost a lot of money to return to China.

They are fraudulent and order directly from China I had 3 items delivered they took 3 weeks to come and all were wrong size and in 1 instance not as described and completely not working customer service non existent I have made a complaint to the bank and trading standards not happy

Do not order any clothing from this scammer. When my article arrived it was nothing like not in the slightest what was described on their right up
