Bad support and bad delivery…
Bad support and bad delivery experience, delivery driver refused to bring the package in and insisted that I meet him on the Street he then handed over the Package to me. When I reported this to the support the just repeatedly told me that they cannot do anything.
I will never buy something from Alza again.

Wenn es um die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem zuständigen Versanddienstleister Gebrüder Weiss geht, leiten wir Ihr Anliegen selbstverständlich gerne weiter. Die weitere Kommunikation bezüglich der Zustellung erfolgt jedoch direkt zwischen dem Versanddienstleister und Ihnen als Empfänger, da wir selbst nicht der ausführende Transportdienstleister sind.
Wertvolle Sendungen wie Ihre müssen grundsätzlich persönlich übergeben werden. Der Fahrer hat sich dabei an die Vorgaben und Zustellanweisungen von Gebrüder Weiss zu halten. Auf die konkreten Abläufe und Entscheidungen des Fahrers vor Ort haben wir leider keinen direkten Einfluss.

I ordered a present for Christmas
I ordered a present for Christmas, it not only didn’t arrive in time but also I got false information that it arrived not 1 but 2(!!!) times so I had to drive so far for nothing. As I found out it’s just a drop-shipping that doesn’t really have a lot of stuff in stock and are just ordering it from somewhere else. They totally let me down, wasted my time and mood, cost me a lot of nerves… Very incompetent customer service, specially hotline. No apologies and wrong information.

I am very excited to buy from Alza store. The prices were good, their offers amazing and the payment method very simple. All the items I ordered, came very well packed and even the monitor that for some reason wasn't working (opened it from its original sealed package), they have changed it, in no time. I plan to buy many more things from them.
