What a company you are! You wait 20-30 minutes on the line, and then I reject your call or close you without the next person picking you up. I've been waiting for someone to answer for more than half a day. I do not recommend this company.

They took over a company pension 20 years ago. It is now worth what it was valued at in 2003. To claim the pension, they have managed to concoct numerous admin hurdles and reasons not to pay out. The saga continues. Avoid at all costs.

AG Insurance and myself have a dispute about my claim covered by Top Woning. The expert of Wonen in Vlaanderen reports that the damage was caused by water, AG Insurance says it's not. They also don't recognize my cancellation of the insurance while moving to another address. They now are not paying my claim and want me to pay 7 more months on the Insurance premium although I cancelled the insurance and had moved house. As a punishment AG Insurance reported me as a non-trustworthy client to DATASSUR where people, who do something illegal with insurances, are reported. The reaction of a child who doesn't get his way.

Dreadful. I bought life insurance for my daughter. When it came to term AG insurance did everything possible to delay payment. Providing poor instructions on what documents where needed and then repeatedly finding fault, obliging me to repeatedly visit different authorities for multiple issues of documentation. Delay delay delay and still not paid. I will NEVER buy anything from AG insurance again and advise people to look elsewhere.

If you want an insurer that is ethically motivated and has arrived in a 21th century understanding of work and family life, definitely DON'T pick this one!

Very bad follow-up, no communication.
After incident, they promise to send a professional to fix the roblem, they have never done. File remaining without answer for more than 8 months.
They are only good to ask for their annual fees.

shameful company. Changed the address of billing to the address of the insured materials, and then they are surprised the invoice doesn't get paid. They send a bailiff, who then can send letters to the correct address, which gets paid immediately, but due to their choice of incompetent bailiff office one of my payments is refunded with deduction of some costs, and then one invoice, that is paid in my accounting software, is unpaid on their end, which they go all and about to get paid AGAIN. Of course registering you as someone who doesn't pay the bills while you PROVABLY did! Insurance is a Scam, and AG is the No1 scam!

It has already passed 8m since I was in sick leave and they have never paid the insurance. They sent me to a doctor for a second opinion who didn’t seem professional at all and they claimed I was not sick. I claimed for a dispute and asked to be reassess by another doctor but they are claiming that I can send a report from my GP but the same doctor will decide. I don t understand why they can’t provide an independent and impartial doctor for a dispute. I mean what are the chances that the first doctor will change his mind?!?

After 4 weeks of sick leave, AG decided to suspend my payment temporarily, not caring that I still have 2 screws in my hand, without thinking that I am already scheduled for a new operation, I went to a doctor of their choice, who found what was clear, that I would have another operation and to a reason my sick leave was extended. They still haven't paid me for the last 5 weeks, I ended up unable to buy my prescribed medication. I was forced to start working after 2 days of my operation because i had no money to live. This is AG.

Worst company and staff ever they not explain you the policy right and when you asking for something they do wrong they get mad and some lady i forgot her name she just hung up the phone on my face so that is the professional they are but i never but never use this company for warranty they treat you like sh... off course not everyone i hope they fix those problems specially that lady with who i talk on 07/28/23

Very bad experience with this AG insurer. Rate changes: premiums are increased annually without agreement. Haven't had a claim in the last 20 years and if you have a claim they are not at home. It is rejected without proper argumentation. Absolutely disappointing insurance!!!

Very nice and friendly before you sign a contract. And totally ignorant after, especially after accident.
