Absolutely stay away from this supplier.

I ordered an Aegis XS99 Adventure GPS Smartwatch with Offline Maps, and the product quality was extremely substandard. As soon as I saw it in person, I requested a full refund. The customer service team repeatedly tried to delay the process and offered increasingly larger discounts to convince me to keep the watch, but the build quality was so poor that I would never wear it.

When I insisted on returning the item for a full refund, they suddenly introduced additional costs that they expected me to pay — including fees that would leave me out of pocket for nearly half the value of the watch, while still not having the product. At that point, I stopped dealing with their customer support and escalated the issue through PayPal, where the dispute is still ongoing.

I would not recommend AegisXS under any circumstances. They may appear cheaper, but the product quality is terrible and their customer service during returns is even worse. would give 0 stars if possible.

This is a good watch. (M6) looks nicely made.it has loads of features that allow you to get a health snap shot as and profile. Obviously it’s not a medical device but it gives you a picture and you can check trends and note changes. Battery brilliant so far upto 2 weeks, about a week if all monitors on 24/7.
Prompt answers from customer support. It’s not a sports watch eg not worn for swimming,so and some fitness features a bit average and limited instructions but customer support give quick answers.
I reckon it’s really good value and packed with additional features eg custom faces, and which is why I have taken the time to this review. Thanks.

I bought this watch specifically for the blood pressure monitor and the electrocardiogram features. I’ve tested the blood pressure monitor with my home monitor which was calibrated at my doctor’s office. It is extremely accurate. When I originally bought the watch there was an issue with the blood pressure monitor but they promptly sent me a replacement and since then I’ve had no problems with the watch. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. They went above and beyond what I expected.

I thought I’d reached an agreement with Customer Services. Unfortunately, they came up with a flimsy excuse about the watch’s age (exactly one year old today) to get out of the agreement.

I bought this watch through PayPal. I charged the watch and it worked for a couple of days and then an alert appeared “low battery”. So I put it on charge. Nothing happened.
So I contacted Aegis support and told them itge watch didn’t charge so they suggested I tried the charger from another outlet but to no avail.
I contacted Aegis and they said to send it back and they would send a replacement. However the cost of the postage is prohibitive so I declined that suggestion. They have now replied they will send a replacement watch and I am hoping this one will be able to function.
I am grateful that the Aegis Support has been very helpful. I hope I won’t be disappointed with the replacement when it arrives.

Because we are both in our eightes we purchased top of the line health watch when it arrived we had a few problems understanding the operations and wanted to send it back but with several e mails from Aeglsxs explaing in full our dificulty in returning and convinced us with ideas to keep it and now are a happy watch owner checking22 so many things of health

Watch maybe good, but customer service is not. Stop working before 6 months, don't want to replace. Write to me if I'm buy 4 watch strap (70£) and give him order number they will send me new watch. Don't buy not worth that money.

I've had my Aegis Health watch for around 6 months now. And what an awesome watch it is. It was sooo easy syncing my watch with my Google 8a phone or my Samsung S23FE phone. I really can't fault my watch. I've changed the watch face to one of my liking. Having Chronic Pain, I can use my watch to gather information like heart rate, wrist temp, blood pressure and blood oxygen levels. It's sooo cool.
I just love it. Good job Aegis guys...

I received the Aegis D6 in April and within 3 weeks I couldn’t sync with an I phone
Over a period of 3 weeks various trouble shooting remedies were suggested and tried
Eventually a method was adopted which was successful
I have nothing but praise for the customer support supplied during this process
The only slightly disturbing aspect was that there was an offer of a replacement watch if the problem couldn’t be sorted which was acceptable but then they were going to charge for postage which I fund over the top as I’d already paid over$400 for a watch that wasn’t functioning

I received my watch to help monitor my medical conditions and have found all the sections do exactly what was advertised. The watch looks trendy and a comfortable fit. I did have a slight issue and when I reported it Aegis had no issues replacing my watch. Great support too and always quick to respond. Throughly recommend this watch and company

Do not ever deal with auqis uk. If you do, I warn you. Scam uk site that is really not. As my order has not been updated for a week, I asked for refund. To my surprise I only got partial refund!!! They blamed it my UK bank and transfer rate!! I bought it from the UK website yet what kind of rate??!!
Stay away!!!!

I bought the watch with physical blood pressure measurement so that I can forget the clumsy device I have at home. The Watch did allow for a great calibration so that the optical readings were always very close to the real physical blood pressure readings. Thus, I gained an excellent overview of my health stats in 10 min intervals 24/7.
It has a great battery life too.
When I did run into some troubles, the support did answer very quickly and came up with solutions.
I very much appreciate this.

I purchased an Aegis XS GPS-Sports Watch after doing a heap of research and this one continually came out on top as the most recommended.

Great watch, ticked all the boxes for fitness, health monitoring and GPS accuracy. I love the rugged appearance and size of the watch too.
Highly recommend this product if you’re keen on fitness and health monitoring.

I purchased the Aegis dynamic oscillometric blood pressure smart watch from Aegis UK website.
It was delivered within the 7 to 10 days stipulated.
I had some challenges with the installation of the strap, so I reached out to the customer service team, and they were helpful. The design of the watch is impressive. There appears to be some significant discrepancy between the Blood Pressure readings of the smart watch and that of the hospital BP monitor by large values, but I hope to continue to study it further to see how well it works in the weeks ahead.

I should have never ordered a watch not American made. This watch did not work like the instructions showed. BP was off by more than 100 points. I contacted the group and asked to return the watch well within my time frame (less than two weeks after receiving it) and they sent me instructions - different than what their manual says with the watch - on how to use the watch and take BP. I asked for a return and they said since it wasn't malfunctioning I could not get a full refund and would have to pay my shipping cost back to whatever country it came from which is not cheap. If the BP watch is not close to accurately taking your BP and so far off that is isn't helpful, then to me it is a functioning issue with the watch. They never responded. Don't buy this watch. I spent $280.
