I bought an electric razor from Sekoda. It's nowhere near the product advertised and would be better suited in the kids playstore. I unfortunately never checked Trust pilot reviews beforehand. They illegally show a CE mark on the product but no reference number to this. Scammed- don't buy from them!!!

If you want to return their substandard watch you have to pay a substantial penalty, shipping fees, etc. Do not buy from this company, avoid at all costs

My order was damaged in shipment. Neither Sekoda nor the shipper will respond to my complaints. No one should buy products from these guys. They do not care about you.

After 5 months the body reading sensors stopped working. The rear backing cracked in two locations and they accused us the consumer of damaging it, Try spending more effort and money on the product instead of the advertising- of low quality products. They will not fix , nor exchange , nor replace. Terrible company to deal with.

The watch is not, what it is promoted for!! Don’t buy it!! It is just waste of resources!! It is not „shower-proof“, what doesn’t make it worth to name it outdoor-sportswatch!!

I ordered an electric shaver from Sekoda at which point I discovered it was a Chinese company shipping from China so I immediately cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Sekoda said they could not cancel because the order was already shipped - in fact it did not ship for another 10 days. When it reached the UK it got lost so again I asked for a refund but Sekoda said they needed confirmation from their Chinese courier, which they did not obtain and gave me a lot of excuses (be aware that all Sekoda emails are handled by AI bots!). After 3 months they said if I could obtain proof of the loss from Evri then they would give me a refund. I managed to obtain this proof but Sekoda then said they were out of time for a refund and offered me a 50% refund or a replacement shaver which I did not accept because I had already bought another shaver - in any case their product reviews are mostly poor. I persisted with my request for a full refund until after 4 months Sekoda said that too much time had passed and their accounting system could no longer process a refund! I tried my bank to get a credit chargeback but too much time had elapsed for that so after 7 months I finally gave up. My fault for buying a cheap product from China.
My advice is to not buy from Sekoda but if you unfortunately do then firstly always use a credit card and then if their shipment is lost claim a refund immediately. If they refuse this ask for a credit chargeback to your card without delay.

This watch is a piece of garbage.

It is useless. The HR monitoring is totally rubbish.

I have made a complaint about the watch to Sekoda, and they refuse to acknowledge that there's a problem. I've compared it to my Apple Watch and my Garmin bike computer with a proper HR band, and it's WAY OUT.

They are con merchants: they are refusing to refund or replace.

Terrible company...never buy. Any returns or exchanges must be made by sending the product back to China and receiving a severe penalty in addition to the prohibitive mailing costs. They also then charge for the original mailing to you from China. It is really not a California company at all.

I purchased a shaver from there website cancelled it within 10 minutes i stopped Yodal by email from delivering it which they did after many emails back and forth promising to refund my money still no refund. Please stay away from this company as they are no better than a bunch of scammers Barry

This product is a complete scam. It's cheap chienese rubbish that doesn't work for its intended use. I used it once and it broke straight away. Even though it is advertised for swimming, using it for swimming is outside the intended use.... Stay away from this company at all costs!!

They asked me if I wore it on the water when it has pool swim and open water swim function ?

Absolutely a scam !!!

Like many others I had a terrible experience with this scam company. I still haven't received a product that I bought in November last year for 100 pounds and they are not offering refund. When I go back to them it's just lots of emails back and forth and I've been to where they say it's been delivered to delivered and don't have it. Yeah I would stay well away.

Poor quality and worse customer service. It broke after only 4 months of use and after 3 months of back and forwarding to their obviously AI generated customer service desk I’ve now given up. Don’t waste your money as it will break!

Keep well away from this company. You have been warned. Had dreadful experience with them. Sent me a razor I thought I was ordering...but received another one instead. Their advertising is vague in the extreme. Their return policy is a downright rip off. No sympathy for anyone who gets fooled after reading such terrible reviews, something I failed to check before ordering.

⛔Good to get accurate pre-purchase info on dodgy outfits like this that present plausibly with flash websites but are outright fraudulent. Ie another to watch out for Surodi knife sharpeners etc absolute crap from
SO TRENDS. Flash website. Pursued over 8 months + clawed back NZ $108 through bank in reverse credit if you can hack the trouble + effort.

Absolutely appalling. I was had like many others apparently. My product showed up in a nondescript white box and the units themselves wouldn't have fit a mouse ear. Actually laughable. When ir watched out, they offered a 3 dollar refund or i can pay 65 dollars to them to return my headphones for a full refund as long as they confirm they recieved my box. Stay away for them. Scammers!!!

Ordered a watch in nov 25 never arrived haven’t given replacement or money back - customer services terrible just say will resolve in 24 hours and hear nothing ! Do not buy from them!

Bought a watch which was initially advertised under the name Sekonda, but on receipt of purchase it proved to be a Sekoda product. Long delays for delivery and originating from China and not from the UK. Unable to return. Devious sales practices, avoid at all cost!

Terrible decision to buy some Ai glasses. It took over a month to arrive and when they came in, the box looked like something you would get from SHEIN or Temu. They did not have any sort of “Sekoda” label or an actual case. I downloaded the app, which is garbage, and can only view one video I was able to take. It looks super grainy and doesn’t appear to have sound. DO NOT spend your money on this garbage! I should’ve just shelled out the cost for an actual pair of Meta glasses. I’m so disappointed.
