Hi me and my partner have just come back from a short break the Clifton hotel on queens road in Scarbourgh .. On the night of our arrival the older lady who checked us in was very rude and abrupt .. The hotel itself was very nice and it was very clean .. The problem we had was that they had not put any heating on in the hotel so me and my partner was freezing cold even with the spare blanket .. we did find an heater in the wardrobe but it took 24hrs before we could feel the difference.. It was far too cold to take a shower or bath …And low a behold in the morning of the day we left they decided to put the heating on .. other than that the hotel was lovely ..
And most of the staff we spoke to was lovely but for the older lady that signed us in … would we go again maybe but not sure

Great offers, and good but slow customer service
They have great voucher offers for a long weekend away. Most in and around Germany.
Recently I made an spelling error when filling in my e-mailadres. Support send the voucher to the correct e-mailadres a few days after asking for it.
