The hotel that you have recommended to me is a total shame. I do not recommend it to anyone. It is not even at the level of a European one-star hotel. The disgusting food has neither a good view nor a good taste. The people who work at the hotel are not professional at all. I will not book with you again in thelife. You should check the hotels before recommending them to people.

It is always difficult to get the best experience for the best price with so many options... Kurz mal weg was incredibly helpful!

Excellent, friendly atmosphere and service.....Will recommend for anyone needing a good break, alone or with a couple. Not for children...

After booking a hotel room with Kurz Mal Weg my family and I learnt that we could not travel and needed to cancel the booking. We had already paid the full amount to Kurz Mal Weg and were told by them that the cancellation fee would amount to almost the full price paid. When asked why this was so, I was informed that this was the hotel policy, not theirs. So, I phoned the hotel who told me that, contrary what Kurz Mal Weg had informed me, it would be no problem from their side to cancel without incurring fees. I then contacted Kurz Mal Weg, who then presumably verified this information with the hotel and then agreed to a refund, albeit with €88 administration fee which I reluctantly agreed to.
This was over a month ago and I am still waiting for my refund of €352. I phoned again 2 weeks ago, asking when I would get my money. I was then told that it was policy to wait for 28 days before refunding. (Why is this so?). I was also told that they didn't have my bank details and that I should send them via email. It is not clear why they didn't have my bank details as I had paid via bank transfer in the first place. Also unclear, is why it prompted a phone call from myself to be told about the missing bank details.
Anyway, it's 2 weeks later (and more than 28 days after the original refund was agreed upon) and I'm still waiting for the refund. I have just phoned Kurz Mal Weg Customer Services and, although the lady was courteous, she was not able to help me beyond saying she would pass on my request to the Bookkeeping department. When I asked to be connected to the Bookkeeping department or her manager/ess, I was told that she was not allowed to do this. This was the same message that I received last time I phoned. She was also not able to tell me when I would receive my refund
I have used several hotel booking agencies in recent years and have always been satisfied with their service. The opposite is true with Kurz Mal Weg. In short, from my experience, they seem to show a complete lack of customer respect and have a very dubious and unacceptable way of conducting business.
Never again!!
