Great experience.

No one has contacted me for 40 days regarding the return. What should I do with poorly made glasses that are loose?

Quick shipping, great price. I also added two custom lenses to the order. I can't tell the quality apart from the originals. Took two/three days to Norway.

Never received order, they just kept sending apology emails about delay then just never send anything. Scam.

have ordered from Amevista before, which is why this experience is so disappointing.
I ordered these glasses specifically for my holiday and paid extra for Express Delivery because I needed them to arrive on time.
The delivery was delayed. I was never informed about the delay, never received an apology, and was not offered a refund for the Express Delivery service that I paid for but did not receive.
What is even more concerning is that there is virtually no way to contact the company. Customer support does not respond, there is no accessible phone number, and social media comments are disabled. As a paying customer, I have no effective way to resolve my issue.
I expect a full refund of the Express Delivery fee, as the service I paid for was not provided.

Excellent website. Exceptional glasses which are perfect. Less expensive than other uk high street retailers who insist on selling you two pairs claiming “second pair free” then charging twice for lenses. Even the frames alone cost less than high street. Highly recommended.

It was smooth, fast and cheap. Didnt even paid shipping, found there cheaper glasses than anywhere else.

I ordert 2 pairs of Miu Miu prescription glasses. Send a clear picture of the prescription AND added the whole prescription as a text to the order to make sure they have all the information they need. Also provided my phone number so they can call in case if anything unclear….

So the glasses arrived fast - i paid for express shipping due to the urgency.

And they are with wrong lenses!!!
My prescription says -1,00 and -0,5 + astigmatism and they send me -4,00 and -3,50!! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE YOU GUYS AFTER EVERYTHING I SEND THEM!

The cyl, the axis, the dp - EVERY SINGLE THING IS WRONG!

and now because of their mistake i have :
Headaches
Eye strain
Blurred / “off” vision
Feeling like my eyes can’t focus together
Dizziness AND nausea
Difficulty adapting, even after several days

I literally can’t work, cant see and needed medication and doctors help because of their error with the prescription lenses…

I texted the support but no answer whatever and THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE ANSWER will be the refund of the lenses of the glasses so i can order these somewhere locally asap bcs i CANT SEE, CANT WORK, CANT DRIVE and now i am on medication because of everything.
