Well, I didn’t like that just after paying I was told that I didn’t order the best Model available but that instead I have to pay another 19,19 € to get the best One!! I find that not a serious offer to not tell from the very beginning what it will cost!!! I would appreciate if you would refund me these extra costs!

After having tried various neck pillows I ordered 2 Curosleep pillows in soft and hard plus two covers. The shipment took a little longer than originally advised but arrived properly in a surprisingly small packet, because the pillows are vacuum compressed. Once unpacked they unfold to their real size. Sceptical at first I have to say that after one night I am fully convinced. My neck pain disappeard and no numb feeliing in arm and hand during sleep disturbed my peace. And the customer service was extremely responsive.

After severe pain from an accute slipped disc, I was looking for a cushion that would enable my husband to sleep painfree. I found curosleep online and ordered it straight away. Luckily it was delivered real fast. After two days of getting used to my husband now goes nowhere without it. For us it was a real life changer.

IT was easy to buy ..after i get the Produkt i will know more If IT good or Not.

I’m honestly disappointed with this pillow. It does not live up to the promises made on the website at all. The comfort level is far below what is advertised, and it certainly does not relieve shoulder pressure as claimed. Instead of improving sleep quality, it feels quite average and not supportive enough.

What makes the situation worse is the misleading “money-back guarantee.” While it is technically offered, the customer is responsible for return shipping — and sending the pillows back to China costs around €70 for two items. That makes returning the product impractical and defeats the purpose of the guarantee.

Overall, I would strongly advise being cautious before ordering. The product does not meet expectations, and the return process is costly and inconvenient.

We like these pillows, my husband and I.
We have two hard pillows, but I want to try soft one. Already have ordered it.

I ordered a pillow from CuroSleep that did not match the advertised quality and caused discomfort. After a long negotiation, the company agreed to refund 50% without requiring a return.
What followed has been extremely frustrating:

They claimed to have issued the refund in January, but my bank confirmed multiple times that no refund was ever sent.
I repeatedly asked for a real transaction ID or proof, but they only provided internal codes and vague explanations.
After weeks of delays, they asked for my bank details to make a “manual transfer,” but even after that, no payment ever arrived.
My follow‑up messages were ignored.

As of today, I still have not received my money, despite promises and excuses going back several weeks.
This has been one of the most unprofessional and exhausting customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this company.

First I was sceptical to buy another pillow, not knowing if it is again a waste of money since I tried so many other pillows before for my very sensitive neck, waking up with headaches and shoulder pain. This pillow feels indeed so soothening and great. I bought two more pillows now after trying the first one. The only thing which I find bad of Curosleep is that when you bought it, they tell you it is the old version and for some money more you can get the newest model. This upsell tactic is not cool and there should be a transparency from the first step of the purchase. On top you dont know if it is really a better version you just bought with their upgrade package. Also it takes super long until the package gets to you most likely from China. But the pillow is really good, at least.

i bought a jacket and it feels solid. Not flashy just well made.

Wonderful product. Cured my shoulder pain and sizzling fingers over night! After over ten years of sleeping problems due to pain!

What I like is that it seems to be good for my upper vertebra. The sleeping position is good.
What I dislike is that the pillow came in dirty conditions because the wrapping around was totally destroyed. Additionally it smells strange and it took me one week to get the smell away.

Until today I wasnt shure, if I shall keep it, because my problems with my neck didnt get better. So the pillow didnt convince me really. Even the delivery took a long time and the first days the pillow stinked a littlebit strange

Zuerst hat die Bestellung ganze 6 Wochen zur Lieferung benötigt. Es kommen nur automatisch generierte (und zudem fehlerhafte) Mails vom System wegen einer Versandverzögerung - auch wenn die Ware längst eingetroffen ist.
Auf Beschwerdemails wird gar nicht reagiert.

Zum Produkt:
- Ware irrsinnig schlecht verpackt. Kein Karton, sondern nur in Schaumstoff-Folie eingewickelt. Durch den Versand waren bereits Löcher darin. Fotos als Beweise wurden gemacht.
- Es STINKT nach Chemie. Und zwar unlustig - ich hatte beim Auspacken gleich Asthma. Auch nach mehreren Tagen auslüften hört es nicht auf zu stinken.
- Und jetzt das schlimmste: Die Waren ist nicht ausreichend deklariert und verstößt gegen EU-Vorschriften. Es befindet sich nur ein chinesisches Label eingenäht im Überzug. Dort sind weder Waschanleitungen, noch Konformitätserklärungen noch sonst etwas beigelegt. Dem Paket lagen auch keine sonstigen Papiere bei. Der Import in die EU wäre somit verboten und müsste eigentlich vom Zoll einkassiert werden. Ich habe das Produkt bereits dem Gewerbeaufsichtsamt gemeldet, in der Hoffnung, dass der Zoll die Einfuhr unterbindet.

Es ist schlicht und ergreifend Betrug. Es wird suggeriert ein professionelles Produkt erworben zu haben. Statt dessen bekommt man zweifelhafte Ware.
Zur Abwicklung:
- Siehe andere Rezensionen: Rücksendung wird nur nach China ermöglicht - trotz Gerichtsstand Niederlande. Die Rücksendekosten würden quasi dem Warenwert entsprechen. Und ob man dann überhaupt sein Geld zurückbekommt wäre die nächste Glaskugel in die man schauen müsste.
- Laut Webseite sitzt die Firma angeblich in London. Ich behaupte jetzt mal es handelt sich hier um reines Dropshipping mit Briefkastenfirmen.

Man sieht auch hier auf Trustpilot, dass nur automatisierte Standardantworten kommen.

Ich versuche jetzt über Klarna etwas zurück zu bekommen.

First of all, the order took a full 6 weeks to arrive. The system only sends automatically generated (and incorrect) emails regarding shipping delays – even long after the goods have been delivered. Complaint emails are ignored entirely.

**About the product:**

* **Terrible packaging:** The item was incredibly poorly packed. No box, just wrapped in foam foil. There were already holes in it from transit. Photo evidence has been taken.
* **Chemical STENCH:** It smells intensely of chemicals. It’s no joke – I had an immediate asthma flare-up while unpacking. Even after airing it out for several days, the smell persists.
* **The worst part:** The goods are not properly labeled and violate EU regulations. There is only a Chinese label sewn into the cover. There are no washing instructions, no declarations of conformity, and no other documentation provided. Importing this into the EU should be prohibited and the goods should actually be seized by customs. I have already reported the product to the trade supervisory authority (*Gewerbeaufsichtsamt*) in the hope that customs will stop further imports.

This is plain and simple fraud. They suggest you are purchasing a professional product, but instead, you receive highly questionable goods.

**Regarding the return process:**

* As mentioned in other reviews: Returns are only allowed to China – despite the legal venue being the Netherlands. The return shipping costs would almost equal the value of the goods. Whether you would even get your money back is anyone's guess.
* According to the website, the company is supposedly based in London. I would argue this is pure dropshipping using shell companies.

As you can see here on Trustpilot, they only provide automated standard responses.

I am now trying to get a refund through Klarna.

It was a long time to get the item. Needs a couple of week (from China). The pillow is OK, but untill today i can't confirm that i sleep better and that i have less pain.

I love the product. I slept from the first night very comfortably on the new cushion. I feel it supports my neck and relieves my shoulders super well. I feel comfortable lying on my side as well as on my back. I can absolutely recommend the cushion!

Is shipped from china. Tracking number says it is deliverd after weeks. No Information about where it has been delivered and wich which transport company.
Teel me where my package is.

They refuse to take back the return of new unused pillow
