Ordered on 20 July. After waiting 2 weeks for the product that shipped from China!!! (from a company that portrays themselves as European), I wasn’t satisfied with the product which was far from what I was expecting. Sent the product back to a German address which was delivered two weeks ago and still waiting for my reimbursement. Customer service not responding to my emails and now having to work through my bank to get my €159 refund. I am so tired of these Chinese companies portraying themselves as European and offering inferior products and services.

EXCELLENT! SUPER COMFORTABLE AND PLEASANT TO WEAR!

It is impossible to send back my item. Impossible customer service, no answers for days. When I finally got a hold of them, they accepted my return and told me they would send a link to download the return label. This was more than one week ago and I have written them several emails without a reply. The product is also of bad quality.

Customer service and communication extremely slow and complicated. They do everything to discourage your return/change of size. I am still waiting after many weeks, after the slow process of even being able to return the goods for a larger size. Their sizing is far too small. I usually wear a medium easily, but even their large was far too small. The bras are comfortable as such, but extremely uncomfortable when it's hot. I don't recommend ordering nubelle, there are many brands just as good in normal shops. They make themselves grand on FB, but in reality I think they just don't care, and don't have the staff to cope with anything but just sending out goods. A shame one has to pay in advance, they probably wouldn't be interested in any refund anyway. I have wasted money, because I have two bras that have not been replaced with a larger size.
Again via trustpilot the same answer, that they are sorry etc and they need the number etc. They have received this information many times. Absolutely ridiculous. A scandal.

Very comfortable bras which also provide very good support. I bought one to try it and basically switched completely to them. I now have 6. They are easy to wash too.
