The company is misleading consumers to a significant extent. I consider it an unacceptable business practice to advertise a 100-day right of return without making it sufficiently clear, prior to the conclusion of the contract, that returns must be sent to China at the customer’s own expense and that this incurs a cost of around €50.
The company also does not accept cancellation made in good time and answers with AI.

The cushion
The cushion, arrived after 2 weeks, packed in a very small package, impossible to get in in there again, if you want to send it back. The material is cheap, the cushion does not fit and it is not made from cotton, as described, but from polyester. I tried to sleep with it, the stiffness and shoulder pain increased. Sending it back is impossible because it has to be send to China, which costs at least 50 Euros. So do not buy it!

My neck pain has improved significantly sine I started sleeping on the CuroSleep pillow. The only thing I would criticize is the long delivery time as you have to order very far in advance.

If the product does not match the course of the illness after testing, a full refund is not possible and return shipping is very expensive. Stay away from CuroSleep!!!!!

Sceptical at first, but then pleasantly surprised
At first I was sceptical as to whether the somewhat exaggerated marketing claims were actually true, but I tried the product and have to admit that it had exactly the effect I’d been hoping for: I no longer have any back pain.

The product might be ok but 2 month delivery plus having to pay delivery after not receiving the cost free first delivery is a very poor customer experience.

I saw the ad for the pillow on…
I saw the ad for the pillow on Instagram and it really appealed to me. After just two nights, I was 100% used to the pillow and am sleeping right through the night—something I haven't done in years. My neck and shoulders feel significantly better. As someone pushing 60, I can highly recommend this pillow. 100% service.
