Great shopping experience! The website was easy to navigate, and the watch arrived exactly as shown in the photos. The quality is very good, and everything was well presented. What impressed me the most was the fast delivery – it arrived just 4 days after I placed the order. Highly recommended!

I have bought several watches and jewellery from Cluse. Some as gifts and some for myself. Everything arrived as described and beautifully packaged with free delivery which I really appreciate. I especially love my watches.

I own quite a lot of jewelry from this brand, and even after years of wearing it, the pieces still look beautiful and keep their quality. I really appreciate how well they hold up over time and still look almost like new. I had an issue with one piece, but the customer support team responded quickly and resolved the situation in my favor. That level of service is a big plus for me and one of the reasons I keep coming back.

The shipment did not arrive.

Excellent service when ordering a replacement watch strap. Price was competitive and Currency conversion charge from ordering in the UK was minimal. Delivery was free and fast from Europe, which was appreciated.

Bought a bad for my parnter while she was away on holidays. Returned didn't open the bag and took it out approx 4 weeks later to find a defect of a large crease/bend in the bag.

She used it a 2nd time thinking it might fall out and straightening which didn't. Contacted customer care and basically got told because it was opened and inspected within 24hrs its not there problem and must be from use ! All of 2 uses.

Avoid they have no interest in dealing with poor quality items. Lost a customer now be warned

I have a collection of 6 Cluse watches, mostly gifts from my partner but I have also purchased them for myself. I love the round face but the quality of the straps are substandard, and if anything goes wrong, Cluse will not support you.

WARNING- DO NOT BUY CLUSE STRAPS OR WATCHES.

I contacted Cluse this week as the clasp on the mesh strap clasp was not working. Guadalupe from Cluse sent me video telling me how to close the watch.

I sent Cluse 3 emails advising I knew how to close the clasp strap, and infact the clasp on the strap was faulty.

Guadalupe from Cluse then told me it appears to be the result of regular wear or unintended use rather than a manufacturing defect.

I emailed Cluse to advise I did not wear said watch regularly, as I alternate my watches. I mostly wear my Fitbit TBH.

Guadalupe from Cluse said as stated in our terms and conditions, straps are not covered by our warranty policy. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to assist you without additional costs. If you’d like to replace the strap, you can easily order a new one through our website:

I emailed again advising the reason the clasp was not working was definitely not due to wear and tear.

Guadalupe from Cluse responded saying if it had been a manufacturing defect, it would have appeared within the first few weeks after purchase.
WHAT ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!

I emailed to advise the quality of Cluse watch straps are of subpower if this is the case. And again I wished to emphasise, the watch strap I am referring to, has not been worn regularly.

I am truly disappointed with the lack of support and non existent customer care.

I bought a 150€ watch, and when I hold it in my hand, it looks like a 2€ watch. The look is so cheap, the material is so cheap.
I regretted the decision immediately, I wish I had never made the order to this fake website.
It's a scam for a nice picture with cheap quality & high price.

My Cluse watch clasp broke when adjusting the strap size. The watch is rarely worn, just on some special occasions. On contacting customer services and sending photos of front and rear of watch, I was informed it was due to wear and not covered by warranty. Ridiculous as it's in 'as new' condition! Challenged the decision to no avail. Unable to even purchase a replacement for the faulty clasp...you have to buy a complete new strap. Don't think so. Stay clear of Cluse. Rubbish product and after service.

I paid $27aud to return a watchband that was the wrong size. I wasn’t eligible for their free return as I was sending from Australia. I followed the instructions for those outside the free return zone and used the address Cluse provided for “outsiders”. An official from Cluse then sent me a msg to say that they didn’t pick up their mail from that address & that the parcel would just sit there. I have now wasted money on the purchase & the postage. A very disappointing result. I would advise others to beware of this company, unless, of course, you live locally. Perhaps you would receive better customer service. They obviously couldn’t care less about customers from overseas.
I wrote back to say that I had used their nominated address. NO REPLY! A week later from when I first posted the review and still no answer 17.03.2026.
Today (18.03.26), my parcel was returned from Cluse with no explanation and no contact whatsoever from customer service, despite contacting them a number of times.
It seems fairly obvious that, because they didn't like my review, they returned my parcel and therefore issued no refund.

After damaging my Cluse watch, a brand new replacement was sent for a very agreeable price . I am happy with my new watch and my friendly contact with the customer- service !

I promoted with 5 stars because the general experience is good. Also the tracking worked properly and I received my order after 4 working days.
