Quality and efficient delivery: I am highly satisfied with my purchase of a Cluse Quadrus multifunction black leather watch. The build quality matches the advertised product. My package was delivered swiftly as well. I will recommend to anyone considering buying a high quality watch at a decent price.

If I could give 0 stars then I would! Ordered a watch as a gift allowing plenty of time for it to arrive as per the cluse delivery guidelines. After a few days of not moving on the tracking, it became very apparent that the watch had got lost. I emailed and they told me I had to wait until there had been no tracking update for 14 days before they'd do anything. By this time the birthday the watch was purchased for had passed. When they finally accepted the watch was lost, I asked for it to be sent again by express delivery and instead of doing that, they refunded my order. I appreciate the package getting lost was out of their control, but the way they dealt with it was awful!

I am a returning customer to CLUSE, and I have always gotten my parcel with no issue but on this occasion it got lost in transit I got in contact with customers service and everyone took care on me in specific Camille, she tracked down my parcel and reissued a new one, CLUSE always has great quality.

For the price of the products i expected a little bit more quality, feels like sheep material. The delivery was fast and in good condition. The packaging was very pretty.

I have bought several watches and jewellery from Cluse. Some as gifts and some for myself. Everything arrived as described and beautifully packaged with free delivery which I really appreciate. I especially love my watches.

I own quite a lot of jewelry from this brand, and even after years of wearing it, the pieces still look beautiful and keep their quality. I really appreciate how well they hold up over time and still look almost like new. I had an issue with one piece, but the customer support team responded quickly and resolved the situation in my favor. That level of service is a big plus for me and one of the reasons I keep coming back.

The shipment did not arrive.

Excellent service when ordering a replacement watch strap. Price was competitive and Currency conversion charge from ordering in the UK was minimal. Delivery was free and fast from Europe, which was appreciated.
