Just an easy way to book a campervan 11 months in advance and thousands of miles away. The whole process was easy. It was really helpful to be able to chat with the owner a bit with questions before booking.

Delayed refund and fee to pay
We have used Camplify before without issue. This time we booked – and paid for – a van only to receive an email minutes later saying sorry the van is no longer available. Account credited with funds to re-use or you can request a refund, which we did. I've just found out we could wait up to 21 days to receive this and will have to pay a processing fee for our troubles.

It is easy to book camper, and you get everything you need but it would be good to have a better idea of the area of were the pickup is when booking it.

terrible customer service follow up
I book once a year, this is my 4th year. While booking I was offered a 100$ discount promo fee (KING100) when trying to use it it would not work( it specifically stated it was valid between the 2nd and 5th of june) I spoke to two robots who both said they would refer the question to a human. I heard nothing. Then I called, chosse the call back option. never heard from you. Then I tried emailing you again. Still no reply. Very frustrating

We sincerely apologise for the frustrating experience with our response times. After reviewing the KING100 promotional code, we can confirm it was valid for bookings made between June 3rd and June 8th only, which unfortunately means it wouldn't apply outside of those dates.
Bookings were accepted twice and cancelled
We made two bookings for a camper van, both in turn were accepted, and we paid a deposit, only for the bookings to each be cancelled about a fortnight later. Our third booking appears (so far) to have been successful, but it seems far too easy for the owners to cancel without any kind of apology or penalty
