I made an error ordering some thank you cards for my client base. I emailed Canva like 2.5 hours after I submitted the order after I realized there was an error in Canva refunded and cleared it up within like literally four minutes. I'm still subscribing because of the excellent customer service. I appreciate it very much.

Cheap cheap cheap. Had issues lining up my template. Thankful I got another batch sent to me but the alignment was still off and I was only sent 5 cards, not 10. Looks terrible. You get what you pay for.

Canva's customer support is by far the best customer service i have ever recieved, thier chat pot was not too generic and helped me draft an email to the human consultant who was extremely helpful, considerate and understanding. I would never even consider an alternative to CANVA having this experience.
