Ordered contact lenses and 3 weeks later, still in processing. Many, many calls and emails and public posts later, finally received an email telling me they are backlogged. Waste of time.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Contacts For Less. I placed my order on September 23, and it still hasn’t shipped. Despite being patient, I continue to receive generic responses about processing times and production delays, with no clear shipping date or actual progress.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I ordered the same type of product from a competitor and received my order within four days. Waiting weeks with no shipment is simply unacceptable.
Customer service should be about providing clear answers and keeping customers informed, not just sending apologies and asking for more patience. If you cannot fulfill orders in a reasonable timeframe, customers deserve to know upfront.
I expected much better service and would seriously think twice before ordering from this company again. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

25 day delivery service
I ordered 90 contacts on September 7th 2026 and did not receive them until Oct 1st in Ontario. All I got was a “we sincerely apologize”… but I needed them for a trip I’ve been waiting for all year… hiking in the scenic mountains of British Columbia. Needless to say- I could’ve had the best views, but because of them I didn’t and I would not recommend!! $100+ for them too. No money back offered or anything. Try another company - they all end up being relatively the same in cost.
