The void between me paying and over a week later saying they will ship, is too long, without any indication that someone is concerned on their end about it. It left me wondering, did I just lose my money? I like the option to order without uploading a prescription. I know what I need and other companies will lose customers by requiring it, not needed in Canada.

Contacts are good but bad delivery
The packaging for mailing is poor. The package was ripped open when I received it. The boxes squished and one was even half opened. It probably costs them more to ship in a box, but I think it makes sense to package something people put in their eyes a bit better.

information when ordering for time misleading. said 2-3 days if i did ups. ended up being over 2 weeks, ran out of contacts completely as wasn’t expecting it to take that long. for that inconvenience alone i would never order again. never have ordered from another company in canada for contacts and it taken so long, ill go back to the others.
