Significant delays. Do not order from here if you need your contacts in a hurry.
Significant delays that they do not warn you about prior to ordering. My contacts were delivered 3 whole weeks after placing my order, which is much longer than their order processing email advises. Very frustrating and will not purchase from here again.

Horrible
Wow. Horrible. I would genuinely say this is one of the worst eye care companies I’ve ordered from. Keep in mind my order was $200 and I paid for expedited shipping. I ordered it around 10 days before a trip. Considering most competitors ship within days, I believed this company would be the same. Nope. 10 days later my trip started and I didn’t have contacts for it…by the time I got back. STILL NOT SHIPPED. I gave it two days before asking for a refund. 2 weeks had gone by. No shipment.
