Garden lights defects within guarantee…

Garden lights defects within guarantee period. However I was asked many times for showing them pictures and videos, and they were not happy with that and asked for more evidence. Every reply takes around 1 week. I only ask to replace chips of lights or I can send back all defective ones

Best price - Friendly - do your own homework

They noticed I had left items in my basket for a while, contacted me to determine if there were any purchase issues - I did have some questions - promptly someone called and clarified things. That led to me not ordering anything at all, but they remained very friendly and helpful. I have bought there several times in the past, never had an issue, not with the goods, not with the delivery. I would recommend them. Low pricing is the goal. It pays to investigate for yourself what is and what isn't worth buying, though. If you expect 200 € worth of support and advice included in a 20 € device, you're at the wrong shop of course.

After 6 weekse nothing received

After the reaction og 123led i am even more sceptic: no reactionnon the delivery date : they advertise delivery in a few days : in my case notnin a few months. The product was dtill on their site available
. In all very very bad. I will not order snymore. Even aliexpress gives bettervdelivery and service

I ordered mid april some product ( supplier Woox) and thevsite stated: delivery in 7 days ( and the site still does) Nothing recrived so far after various emails on delay and customer service cannot help me.

Its now june and inhave asked yo csncel the order and a refund
I will now order it via aliexpress : thats faster and also drop shippings are faster
