Such a smooth experience, efficient communication, amazingly fast shipping. Order placed on Jan 19, estimated delivery date confirmed on same day based on estimated stock availability. Estimated delivery date refined on next business day Jan 20. Order shipped on Jan 21 and tracking details communicated in same email. Parcel delivered day DPD on Jan 22 before noon. I also sent an inquiry to customers service that was answered the day after with accurate information. Bottom line, extremely positive customer experience. And very competitive prices, saved 30% compared to same brand, same item sold on professional electrical market. Happy to do business with you again.

Although originally the communication with the company was great, I was left very disappointed with the service in the end. I ordered 2 lights in June and was advised that I should expect to receive them in August. I followed up in late August and I was arrived that they would arrive the following week and would be sent as soon as possible. After the point at which they should have been sent, I received an email to advise that they wouldnt be available to September. There clearly is a lack of communication with the supplier and in turn, this negatively impacts the customer. Had I known I would be left waiting 3 months for these lights I would have found them elsewhere. It's really terrible customer service to have a customer accept such a long wait time and then to add an extra months wait time. In the end, I cancelled my order as I can't trust that I will even receive them in September!
