My package was delivered to a neighbor but I checked with them and they do not have it. I wrote to 123schoon customer service on a Saturday to ask for them to resend the products. They responded on Sunday and I received my package on Monday. Very fast and easy resolution.
The website is very easy to use.
The delivery was on time and overall very happy with the process and the product
I ordered and received it already the next day, super quick and swift!

I am very disappointed with my experience with 123schoon.nl. I placed an order and have been waiting for it for almost three weeks. Although I have received all sorts of apologies by email, the replies have been generic and unhelpful and no real action has been taken to send my order, even partially
It is frustrating to deal with a company that does not value its customers and does not take responsibility for resolving issues. I have sent them many messages asking them to fix the problem, but I still have not received my order
I do not recommend this company based on my experience and I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

I ordered a huge amount of things at a very cheap price compared to supermarkets! I ordered at 6pm Sunday night and it arrived in Brussels at 8:30am Monday morning. That has to be a record! AMAZING! I will definitely order here again

They are really scammers. It already happen 4 times. You order the products and they send less and if you do not call them they will never send.

I bought 1 month (Nederland)0, and I am still waiting for delivery. I have been sending email every single week, and every week I receive a fake information about the delivery date.
This company sells product not available in stock. Some times a little cheaper, but definitely, in the end, you will “pay more” because it is very stressful.

I have made an order on 23/1 (Aanbieding: 6x Joseph Joseph Intelligent Waste vuilniszakken met trekband 24-36 liter (20 zakken)) that was supposed to be delivered within 24h. Today (9/2) I received the 3rd update which says that the order will delivered after 1/4!!!

I forgot to pay a purchase (it happens to anyone) and they did not send me a reminder which resulted on a extra bill for the incasso. I think they could improve by sending a reminder to the client instead of throwing into the incasso straight away. Other shops have this kindness.
