Well designed website with good user interface and product information as well as a smooth purchase process. Shipping was fast, product was well made and packaged along with very good instructions. The product I got wasn't cheap for what it is but with all the attention to details that were put in, I think it's well worth the money. Overall very happy with the product and company.

Absolutely love their products and services even over their sister brand Octave.

Great product and services but sister company Douglas seems better. Order a couple of Octave pillows and received a couple of Douglas Pillows. I know they are the same but this careless mistake suggest the brand Octave is redundant and should probably be rebranded as Douglas instead.

Excellent products, very fast shipping. However, the mattress was softer than I expected/liked. The pillow from the free bundle leaves much to be desired but guess I can't complain since it came for free. Otherwise, everything were great.

If you’re still in the early stages of your sleep trial, it can take some time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface. While some customers love their mattress right away, others may need a few weeks to fully break it in.
