It was a positive experience as item received quickly unfortunately my dog won’t eat his food with it on, so very disappointed about this. So have 3 jars that are now surplus to requirement.

The 2 workers were very helpful during the visit. I live in a small house so it was a tight squeeze for them to take old fridge freezer out of kitchen and put the new one into its place. Despite the difficulty they were both very helpful/happy and reassuring during the visit which put me at ease.

Quick delivery and easy to set up. Although as I’d forgotten my google password initially there was a slight delay in being able to access the full remit. It is light to carry which is a plus for me and am really impressed with it especially the price! I’m a bit of a technophobe but find it easy to use and I am eager to continue my Family History research on the go!

The customer service assistant was really helpful and reassuring as I was so upset that despite topping up the meter there was no gas. Lovely
The care and attention from the staff were exemplary and made me feel at ease. I have difficulty hearing and walking yet I didn’t feel rushed and felt able to ask questions or ask them to repeat things if not heard. Sad to see the Bradford store close
