It was a positive experience as item received quickly unfortunately my dog won’t eat his food with it on, so very disappointed about this. So have 3 jars that are now surplus to requirement.

The worst business performance I've…
The worst business performance I've ever seen. The product seems to be helping my dogs teeth, but their shipping system went into overdrive. They shipped me four products in the first two months for a one per month subscription. They refused to pay me back for the products unless I paid for return shipping. So I appealed to my credit card company and received the refunds.

Easy Order Process
The checkout process was smooth. I love that paypal was an option for payment. Being able to choose between different options and different price points is nice as well. I've read lots of good reviews for these and am excited to give them a try for my dogs. They shipped quickly and I love being able to track the shipment. I can't wait to give these a try and really be able to help my dogs feel better.
