From start to delivery then the actual product was easy efficient!

Easy to use I spray it on his food . After 3 weeks use his teeth do appear to be cleaner and his breath is not a smelly as it was . I am hoping that these improvements continue

I bought for use on my own dog and for my friends’ 3 dogs!
Breath is much better and healthier looking gums and tartar does look like it’s reduced even after 2 weeks use

This seems to have helped a little with my dogs teeth, but he won’t let me spray it into his mouth, so spraying it onto his food.

The purchase of my dental product was easy and quick and arrived at my destination in less than 2 weeks, which was fine! The product I have been using for a couple of weeks and so far so good, but early days to see any significant improvement, but my pup's teeth look clean and less discoloured so off to a great start! The one downfall was, when ordering, especially via a phone, it wasn't easy or realised that a subscription was purchased. I didn't realise this had happened until reading further reviews via socials. These reviews stated it was difficult to cancel the subscription, but in my case, I found it easy. Hopefully the cancellation worked. That I found to be sneaky and put me off purchasing again. A pity, as the product is really positive!

My 14 year old doodle has pancreatic enzyme deficiency. Her medication often makes her gums irritated and breath sour.
Along with regular dental cleanings by her vet and teeth brushing at home, I have added this dental spray product to my dog’s daily routine. She allows me to spray it in her mouth easily. I’ve noticed her irritated gums look less tender. Although her breath is due to her medication, since using the dental spray, her breath has gotten a bit better.

The product arrived in a timely manner. This is my second batch and though the product seems to reduce the "dog breath" odour, it is still strong on some occasions. Not sure what else can be done.

My dogs breath was pretty fishy even though she’s just turning 4 and her teeth and gums look quite good. We’ve only had her 3 months but this is working well. I spray on her food in morning then 2 sprays into her mouth at night after wiping them down first. She likes the taste but doesn’t like me holding her muzzle to spray it so it’s a little difficult. I have noticed a big difference to her breath. Most mornings it smells almost fruity which is much more pleasant than fish. Just received my 2nd bottle.

I ordered the WaxOff for my Boxers ears, and its still not shipped, its been 3 weeks, I've not heard anything, When I go on their website is won't let me in. I do believe im stuck! Anyone have any ideas how to get in touch with these people? Please help?

Couple of things I'd like to note. I suspected but was not sure, this product is not made nor sold in the USA, disappointed the product is made in China. Second point, I know I only ordered 1 container of this product, after the product finally arrived, upon opening the bubble wrapped envelope, there were 4 boxes enclosed not 1. I'm hoping I will not be charged for a continuous supply of this product. The odor of this product does NOT have a pleasant sweet odor, after shaking the bottle up, the odor has an unusual smell once I start spraying on to Waylon's food. I have noticed a slight change of the tarter near the gum line on his canine teeth has begun to disappear, not 100% but a slight change near the gum line.

PHOENIX has less red gums and teeth are whiter Twice a day spray still working on the breath but he doesn't run away like when brushing teeth

I was listened to. Staff was very helpful in completing my issue. I appreciate it very much.

This company’s incompetency will steal your money

To whom it may concern.

Following my initial subscription 30/5/26, to facilitate the sale of our house and the chain below, we decided to move into temporary accommodation. I emailed yourselves & 2 other companies explaining this and cancelling all subscriptions stating that we would not be able to move into our new home for up to three months. Your reply was to suspend my subscription until I informed you of our altered address.

Almost immediately another monthly package arrived, which I accepted thinking of crossed communications, but I did write again on the 30/6/26 as shown below, and duly a reply was received AGAIN confirming cancellation.

YET AGAIN I received further notification of a delivery and extortionate charge of monies to be stolen from my bank a/c.
As you are quite incapable of understanding the king’s English when put politely, I felt it necessary to put my cancellation into more forceful language that might, JUST MIGHT be taken notice of. However it beggars belief that you actually think that to steal money from someone AFTER cancellation was received a whole month prior is justification for just stating that you can’t alter the order or issue a refund. .???!!image0.jpeg

£44.92 /£24 might be a drop in the ocean of paw guardian, indeed you may even receive bonuses for incompetence that leads to stealing clients monies. HOWEVER I MUST INSIST THAT THIS LAST CHARGE OF £44.92 & £24 CHARGED

Wouldn't bother wasting money! May help a LITTLE with breath but been using for a while & hasn't changed colour of teeth AT ALL!...

the 90 day money back is a gimmick. only appicable if you buy at the"normal" price. nowhere- not even on their own website- is there a normal price ALWAYS discounted and according to their policy NOT refundable. SCAM

I have an 8 year old Westie, he's my fourth and I know that teeth and gum health is vital for a long life. Not a fan of anesthesia to clean their teeth, too risky once they are older. I've been there. So, I was interested in what I read about Paw Guardian, but also very skeptical as I've also gone down those paths of promise/no reward. I ordered 1 bottle. He's been getting 2 doses a day either in his food or morning biscuit. He has no problem with the taste, likes it. AND, here's the best part.....it's ACTUALLY WORKING! I believe the brown tartar is going away and his teeth are getting whiter. I laugh now when he smiles....he looks like he's been to one of those teeth whitening spas. So far, so good. Ordered another bottle.

Been using the product for over 3 months on my 4 th bottle and still my boy's breath is pretty bad slightly improved but not what I expected.
