Highly disappointed in ordered the buy…
Highly disappointed in ordered the buy one get one on socks. When I clicked two, it would charge me. So I thought it would automatically add it. No where did it explain how to do it. I called and was told, well you will know next time. After around 15 years with RedRat, you would think you would have sent second set. However was told no, it was my fault.
NO THE SALE WAS STILL ON WHEN I ORDERED. DON'T TRY TO MAKE YOUR COMPANY LOOK BETTER, BY MAKING ME LOOK BAD. I HAVE BEEN A VALUED CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. DONT WANT THEM NOW. I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE NOW.

Wasn't aware it wasn't in NZD. So shocked when saw amount come out of account as I was going to order one of the after purchase items and not able to.
