Mrs Mason

Parcel left in full view of the road. I watched the driver get out, deliver and make no attempt to knock. Had I not been in to see the delivery I would not have even known the parcel was at my back door, as it is infrequently used.....front door is the obvious delivery area.

Efficient and reasonable price

Delivered within reasonable time. Goods as expected.

Pleasant driver

Ordered and delivered in time frame....no issues.
Pleased with the necklace...just as advertised.

Totally wonderful apart from assistance on return from Dalaman. Total chaos in Dalaman airport, but the lads at Leeds Bradford more than compensated after the flight.

Excellent assistance staff in airport....pleasant staff on the plane, which was clean and on time, both ways.

Helpful staff dealt with queries efficiently

Good service , quick delivery and product does what advertised

Arriving at the hotel half an hour sooner than expected, to be told we were too early, there would bo no-one to let us in and to arrive at the proper time, didn't instill confidence in the holiday.
However, once checked in everything was fine, room good and meals were lovely. Hotel staff were very attentive and obliging.
