When the service works it’s great but I’ve found myself driving around the city looking for availability- repeatedly. The online update for availability is inaccurate and frankly useless. The nearest lockers to me have been broken for ages now. Also, they haven’t emailed me when my parcels have arrived twice now, which means goods have been sent back to sender unnecessarily. I’m stopping using Inpost as a delivery option.
