Clear and efficient process
I was firstly impressed with the process of booking my car in.
It was thorough and also polite.
When I arrived, I met Kieran and he talked me through the whole process. He was friendly and clear.
I amount I was initially offered was a bit low as I’d done my research! When I mentioned this, I was then offered a different amount which I agreed to.
I received payment within 90 minutes of the appointment.

The whole process is extremely easy and smooth, communication is clear. Look you're aware you might be able to get a better price if you went private and put more and more effort in. But We Buy Any Car are very simple and straightforward. The staff are really nice, the guy Reece was friendly and made it simple. It's a very good service.

It was ok
It was ok. Originally offered £15800+ but I ended up with just over £15000 because they deducted for the odd scratch, and slightly higher mileage since my first quote. I was about 5 minutes late for my appointment, but then had to wait almost an hour before he was free to see me. I almost went home! Also, i think I was meant to get a bit of the V5 form, but I forgot to ask and he didn't offer. The money could not be transfered immediately, probably being Sunday, so I opted for the 4 days so i didnt need to pay for it quicker, before it gets to my account. I will bite my nails until then. Overall, ok, but could have been worse!!
