Found this company really good, particularly their representative, Joanne Baker, extremely helpful and patient when exploring options for a trip in November; she sought options around my budget and wishes. Unfortunately, by the time I got around to booking, the price had increased; my fault. Joanne still did her best to look for alternatives without being pushy, too. This company is definitely on my list to consider for the future.
Review of humm Classic
I was disappointed with the overall customer service. While speaking with the agents was positive, the customer team who handled my contract was poor. After purchasing, I discovered a 40 euro setup fee and high interest rates. Consequently, I paid off the loan the same day using other means. I was also refused a refund for the setup fee despite explaining and attempting to resolve issue, found response dismissive and patronising

As mentioned in our previous replies to your email, the agreement in question was not in fact cancelled and therefore the initial €40 application fee remained as per terms and conditions of the agreement.

I contacted to enquire about Japan travel, Keira was efficient and quick to provide a competitive itinerary, and even suggested for outgoing destination, although I couldn’t report on their after care service as I have not yet booked, I will definitely consider using in future

I would not even rate this company, only for having to choose one in order to write review. As per many customers I really wish I'd researched before buying. Item defective, run around customer service, no uk plug supplied, bought at own expense before realizing item c?€p. Patronizing responses and having to return at own expense to usa for cheap Chinese item. No refund received to date. Really bad company

We called into newry travel agents on a whim to enquire on prices and availability for a short break destination, however, despite searching we could not find suitability for our dates. Roisin was extremely patient and suggested other airports/destinations. She found us a property and great deal in another destination which we hadn’t thought of, but now we are soo looking forward to. Great service, would highly recommend

I spoke to a wonderful representative named Gemma, who was very helpful and assisted me without any issues. The process was straightforward and stress-free. I highly recommend using this company.
