Very dissapointed with the shoes. I have ordered blue and black pair and they turned up way too small. I bought exactly the same blue pair, same size last year from a different shop and they fitted me perfectly and I wear them every day to work. I was delighted to have found this shop and paid delivery charge. I ended up paying return charge as well, so spent 8 pounds on unnecessary transactions.
