Package sent. First day they buzzed doorbell. Within 10-15 seconds I was at my door and shouting "coming" as I had to open up the building hoarding around my house due to renovations. I come out and they are gone. Lots of signs on the hoarding "Call this phone number for deliveries - door around side". They don't call. Second day they don't even press the bell - just don't bother and don't follow the signs. No delivery. I'm at home the whole time and they just claim "no one at home". Utterly useless delivery people and now this item is late for the builders because of this. I finally give up and now have to schedule a pick up and spend 30-45 mins of my day walking over to a post office to pick it up.

Just ordered tub, vanity and mirror for our new bathroom. very painless dealing with Anita there as some items seemed like they would be out of stock but they will be in stock in time for when we need them. She was most friendly and helpful and I'd certainly not disabuse anyone of giving Anita a call to talk about your tub-and-sink-needs.

Actually no fuss... they had a 10% off day today and I called Penny and she gave me an extra 5% off... giving me a very warm and fuzzy feeling ordering my flooring from UK flooring Direct. They allowed me to select my delivery date - fantastic. So if you want an extra discount - call them (Penny Williams) on the phone and do your order there... second time I've ordered flooring from them so must be doing something right...

came as expected/scheduled, got the work done to service my boiler, even suggested a change in heating temperature, and left when done while i was busy with other people visiting so i wouldn't be bothered. great!

Did manage to go through it all and handle the selling process etc. - one star lost for your database being wrong on my reg -> name of model (model years).

Came quickly, took all the stuff they were meant to take quickly too. No fuss. No troubles. Friendly 2 guys and their van. Price as agreed/quoted too and no quibbling.

I took a punt to get some inner linings for my windows to improve heat retention in a cold room. It took a bit longer than I'd have liked to cut and deliver (maybe I've been spoiled by my Amazon prime next day deliveries), but they were delivered in good condition and properly protected. I installed them (took a while to cut all the magnetic and metal strips) and they came out better than I thought. They do provide some extra sound insulation and definitely cut down the cold.

They were just about the only place I could find the model of built-in microwave. Other retailers listed it but out of stock. They had it at a decent price and even shipped it in a reasonable time (considering how far it had to come and customs etc.). Everything arrived un-broken as expected and is now installed and working.

Let's see. My initial estimates on delivery dates were blown out of the water by months. The date kept slipping week by week by week without much in the way of apology or notice from Todd - I had to chase them. OK - supply chain problems. It happens, but don't advertise as having so much in stock then. Be a discount door place with long lead times and price appropriately.

As I found out Todd just orders their doors from China. I can probably just get them directly myself if I have a large order (10+) which is what I had and save myself a lot of money. They come on a big old slow boat to here and take a while. Even their custom doors come from China. The finish on the doors is rough. The routing hardware moves too fast or is blunt - the inset panels have a rough "hairy" surface that has then been primed over. They need extra sanding and finishing work in addition now too before painting. I bought pre-primed doors to avoid this. It seems I won't.

I also ordered bi-folding internal doors in a 2+2 config. They didn't send me parts for 2+2. They were missing various parts. I chased this up once my carpenter noticed on trying to install. They got me new parts (for free - so go from 1 star to 2 stars - for fixing that), but ... they didn't fix one of the wrong parts now they were alerted to it. One of the rollers is the wrong type. I now find this out from my carpenters. This is now the second time this door is going to try and be installed and the guys trying to install them cannot do their job.

My doors are forever delayed because of Todd Doors. The quality is relatively poor I'd say. Parts for a "complex" 2+2 internal bi-fold door don't get selected correctly by supposed "experts" even on the second time around.

The only door that arrived as expected were the bespoke doors that I knew would take a few months and was told so in advance.

Don't listen to their advertising on being the door experts. They are not. Experts order the correct parts for your folding doors the first time. They are not open when you need them (like now on a Satruday when my installers are working but Todd is not). I could drive to their warehouse and exchange a part but it's not open. They do not have doors in stock like they say in their adverts. You wait months and months.

Next time I'm going to find a supplier directly in China and get the same thing for a much lower price and not have to actually wait any longer. At least I'll be responsible for parts and will get it right myself. The date here for my experience is just the date of my latest "I found something wrong". It's a saga going on for many months now. My doors finally were delivered on December 10, 2022.

Just dealt with them on chat - one of my items was faulty (faulty shower valve - leaks). The first person I talked to was not that great - they didn't realize I was asking about a warranty issue. I spoke to the next person (Fran Clover) and she actually sorted it ASAP and got the ball rolling with the faults team rather than think I wanted to return an item because I changed my mind or something. All I wanted was a working shower valve without a leak. So messed up first contact but then rescued it on the 2nd person so 5 stars for the effort.

Ordered from Vic Plum and dealing with their on line chat help was friendly and useful to narrow down a delivery date due to some items being out of stock. spoke with Jonathan Rogers and he was helpful and got to the point and everything you'd expect customer service to be. let's hope it all gets delivered properly in the end but pre-delivery service is just fine.

The good: Good prices. Clean and tidy shop. Friendly staff. The downsides: They got my booking time wrong (My email for my booking said 15:00, but when I arrived I was told it was booked for 15:30, so small mix-up and a bit of wasting of my time to wait longer). The next day I got a low tire pressure alert and the tires were at 27 and 34PSI instead of closer to 50PSI which they should be at. It seems they were not properly inflated or something. I had to pull over at a petrol station and put some money into the air pump machine while I was on my way to an appointment 60 miles away, part-way through the drive which was a bit of a panic inducing moment. So lose a star for these irritants, otherwise thumbs up.

I'll be frank - the rates they found were in line with everyone else, but they saved me a lot of hassle, paperwork and chasing up of banks and other people. Their fee was very very reasonable compared to others. This is what I really wanted. Someone who just streamlines the paperwork and lets me get on with my day. As an added bonus towards the end I expected to have to do more work and they had already done it for me (like setting up the automatic payments). It's not often that I'm pleasantly surprised, and I was.
